We were told today that to make a complaint og this nature we need to contact LSE direct and NOT the FCA .....
.....if that is true then why did Dr_Krebs say this in his last update....

I can tell you now that IF the FCA were making preliminary enquiries they would have notified is ALL by now and would have mentioned this in reply to all those investors that had contacted them asking for an investigation
Dr_Krebs explain how the FCA are about to launch sn investigation....and will you confirm that you are not David Sefton or one of his cronies?
This needs to be sorted as it is beginning to look like a scam is underway...my apologies if you are genuine but nothing to date seems to fit reality.

MPs, police officers, people in power and control have a history of bring in ' someones pocket".. taking bungs as they say.
Someone is on to a "good little earner" but i wouldn't necessarily point the finger/s at the admin or case-manager (maybe someone else will) ?
But someone has obviously got a big financial incentive to get ICON closed down. But if the loan is no longer available where does the money come from...to pay off those in control ? Could it be down to DS at work with the case manager..
It seems whoever this person is he is in control and able to bend the rules.
It stinks and a full investigation should uncover an obvious fraud.

In fact the FCA were mentioned today on FIVE LIVE Radio...they are being asked to investigate online ad scams and were critiscised for doing nothing ehile hundreds of people sre being frauded out of thousands by answering legitimate ads and then get connected to cryptos and bitcoin using celebs as a front. In the interview (Martin Lewis) said the FCA are not doing their job.
FCA spokesMAN (it was a geezer) denies any wrong doing and that they are currently eorking with the Govt to end paid for ads being usurped by these very clever scams.
I only post this becsuse the FCA are under a lot of criticism and may just be prepared to get their greasy fingers out of what ever hole they poke it up.
But i think it important they they are flooded with complaints from us until the PENNY DROPS ?

Lanks .....the FCA will ask preliminary questions on multiple complaints. Then it goes from there...i bet SEFTON is figuring out which way to run....i hope he ends up skint and gaoled.

I think SEFTON is in cahoots with the admins to get us closed down by delisting...it stinks.

Could be also the FCA have recieved enough complaints, they have to respond. Even i have emailed 3times.
About time too. My last email i threatened them thst i will contact my MP if they keep ignoring investord complaints. On the grounds that the FCA are not fit for purpose.

I think yes they can if it transpires that admin are about to agree terms of a settlement to creditors, which may or not be announced at the GM
