Does any one know the cut off date in Dec, just in case GM is further adjourned?
I thought it was this Friday 3rd and possibly delisted on Mon 6th Dec
But i am not sure.

Copper pops home unexpected in thr afternoon and sees a patrol car outside his house . Suspicious he quietly crreeps in and seed 3 police helmets on the coat hooks in the hallway. His heart thumping he hears groans coming from his nedroom. Tiptoing up the stairs he hears more exstatic noises. Peering into his bedroom he sees 3 of his colleagues having wild sex with his wife all at the same time. They are all under the sheets and don't notice him standing there in the doorway then he bellows out "HELLO HELLO HELLO what's going on here"
In shock his wife peering from under the sheets embarrassed, coyly says ..."Oh, hello honey, WELL aren't you going to say hello to me then?"

GGP will fall a bit more unless big news comes. Rememberember many have 40 bagged even though covid has left many short of cash or lost t9heir job and coming into Crapmus a need to get money fearing worse to come, so taking profits is tempting. At the best of times December is difficult holding till the new year.
UFO needs to deliver EH results before we go the same way. Lack of patience makes many patients.

CVA Proposals

The Board report that detailed discussions are progressing between the Board, EHGOSF and Arch, the Secured Creditor, with a view to a "Global Settlement" being agreed. If agreement is reached, CVA proposals will be put to creditors and members.

All parties are aware of the urgency for an agreement to be reached.



Does this mean if all agree then trading begins on 1st Dec?

Not sure but i think we have until Mon 6th Dec....to get back trading or delisting

I intend to hold (35 million). I know there are always those that will sell out once we come back trading. I will buy more only if news of progress is exceptionally good. AND IT WILL NEED TO BE VERY GOOD.
Second day of trading may give us more to go on?

David Sefton has a history of being a devious operator. I just believe if anyone was capable of fooling us into thinking we are relisting it could be him taking this to thr wire. Only my opinion snd i jope i am wrong.

Significant progress has been made between the BoD and JAs in pursuit of a finance agreement. Voting on resolutions will take place on Tuesday 30th November at the GM; there will be no further adjournments after today. As anticipated, the company will be returned to the BoD and the ICON suspension will be lifted. The prospectus will be published shortly and will encompass the ambitious plans of the 'New Iconic Labs'. Who else then?

The good Dr_Krebs is a mystery. Unravel his real idéntity and then we will know how we stand.
The only clues are...
a) He began posting when we were suspended.
b) His knowledge of the company and the admins is 100% accurate.
c) No ordinary invrstor could possibly have so much information EVEN IF IT WAS MADE UP.
So how is he connected and what does he get from all this updating. Who benefits.
Bottom line...the administrators would not allow him or any other BoD member to be contacting us. Imagine if one of us notified them of his constant updating? Would they allow it to continue?
His updating us on developments is unprecedented with suspended PLC listed companies.
Imo it must be Sefton...but WTFDIK

This deal is better than it looks. The market tomorrow should indicate....how good. However, coming upto Xmas with many looking to get cash may cut short many investments. Two years ago we easily had sailed to new heihts on that news.

I still wonder how/why Sefton has not had his collar felt. If not him then whoever did acdodgy deal with OTT (hotels?) and paid them eith shares that apparently did not exist. Or was it the intention to use Icon as a launch vehicle for OTT to get a listing It all looks dodgy and i am surprised the Admins have never informed us of any investigation thst sureky they of all people should easily have exposed?
