Breaking down yesterdays RNS reveals that this could prove to be more significant than the market has yet realised. Quote: "The contract is to provide SYNETY's CloudCall software solution to a limited number of Peninsula staff and is expected to be worth approximately £100,000 per annum depending upon actual telephony spend." Note the 'limited number' mentioned. Pensinsula have 1,000 staff so we can assume this is perhaps just a pilot scheme to test it out and see no reason why there would not then be a complete roll out to staff as this is clearly an outsourcing company the majority of staff dealing with external customers regularly and CloudCall functionality would become a must to do their jobs more efficiently. So…. this means the £100,000 mentioned is just for the 'limited number' lets say its 100 employees so the contract for internal use alone could grow to be £1m. The second intriguing possibility comes from this quote: "Alongside providing CloudCall for Peninsula's internal use, we are in very early stage discussions examining the possibility of integrating CloudCall with Peninsula's HR-Online Cloud based HR Management Software" Now this would make CloudCall available to all of Peninsulas customer base who use the HR functionality. Given that they have 28,000 customers you can start to see the possibility there of growing SNTY's end users substantially! Once again a case of news effectively staying under the radar with no more than an upward blip in the SP yesterday against the potential true value of this deal in isolation. Given the rapid, almost spectacular progress here, I upgrade this from a Buy to a Strong Buy!

Intoorbit - you have been a massive advocate for this share for a long time. An evangelist if ever I saw one! You appear to be moving towards a more negative tone which is understandable. I wonder if you have already started selling or are out already? My curiosity is that it is often when the wildest bulls throw the towel in then thats the signal to buy. There are, after all, some seemingly genuine prospects. I'm more hopeful about the North Sea than NF but thats still quite long term. I'm also wondering where ENEG are going to get the capital they require to do a proper land grab in the North Sea? Still, you're not alone, Evil Knevil is bizarrely a bull as well! Just for clarification I do have a small holding of shares here.

On the 23 Dec 2013 a certain Alan Minty said, and I quote: "We are pleased with the continued progress that our partner BSE are making, but still believe that the current share price in the open market significantly undervalues the company and its achievements to date. “As such, we are taking a number of actions to address this, one of which is to reduce the amount of outstanding shares in the open market when there is an opportunity to do so." OK so two short months later Alan you INCREASE the amount of shares in the market!! You really have to take what these AIM CEO's say with a pinch of salt.

Nice spot Werdoomed. You're right. Synety were only last year talking and planning to support the US from the UK so this is a pretty big development and , after a little investigation it would appear that they do indeed have an office in Boston MA. Here is an example of one of the vacancies advertised showing the office location: http://www.jojari.com/job/systems-administrator-at-synety-boston-ma-1-13623881 All the vacancies you refer to were only advertised 5 days ago so this is very much a NEW development. I recall SC saying they would take a cautious and prudent approach to the US market but this is now perfectly clear. They would not be taking themselves over there if the work wasn't there! Very very exciting indeed.

However, not expecting a big contribution from US for last year because they only got the licence in late November. Do seem to recall SC saying in the trading update in Jan they'd made a couple of sales in US. Its this years results where it should become more significant. FYI preliminary announcement expected from SNTY on 26.3.2014.

Market clearly has sat up and taken notice of the latest announcement this morning. Interesting because I think thus may be the first contract announcement that SNTY has made. Now that of course doesn't mean they haven't been winning lots of business; they have. We know that their business model to date has largely been selling through their integration partners. But what it does mean is a new mode of attack in terms of sales and keep in mind. It means they are already targeting their product well beyond the CRM market. I believe it is not the financial value attached to this one contract but clearly the company becoming more and more ambitious in terms of different markets. Recall that only just over a month ago SNTY announced the following: "Synety Group plc is pleased to confirm the appointment of Andrew Jones, as Sales Director and a Director of Group subsidiary, Synety Limited. Andrew joins from Magnetic North Ltd, where he held the role of Sales Director and was fully responsible for global sales, related revenue and profit targets. Andrew has a strong telecoms and software solutions background, and considerable experience of dealing with larger customers and channel building. He was also previously Sales Director at Redstone Managed Solutions. Simon Cleaver, Executive Chairman of the Group, commented: “Achieving rapid sales growth is a key factor in our plan to gain a significant share in our market and we see establishing Andrew’s role as a very important step. He has been working with Synety since October and he has already made a very positive impact. His particular skill set in telecoms and software adds strength and depth to our management team. We look forward to his contribution to our development.” I daresay this guy was pivotal in the latest win. Expect lots more where this came from.

Some great reminders there PP….. People would do well to research this one if they haven't before. Anyway, theory for the Commerzbank holding? Well I do know that the company has contacts in Germany through at least two members of the board, David Whelan and George Oehm. I would love to think that they merely see this as an unmissable ground floor investment opportunity of the decade but things are rarely that simple are they?!

So now we see a new development. Huge potential here continually overlooked by the market.

This has already received a re-rating and I would suggest the chart is now unfavourable. Those two factors weigh against it without fresh 'new' news. Dot London is no longer news, its out there and known. Also this is now a risky market to be in as I believe it is susceptible to a major correction and this baby will be vulnerable as its a high growth stock with a full valuation and there are a lot of people sitting on a lot of profit. Just my opinion take or leave it.
