xuk27 - no worries my pleasure. Now I hope I've recalled this correctly but I asked Chris how much revenue the only 'other' Sivec marble producer was making and he said around 50m euros pa. He also said if I recall correctly the other company currently had around six times the Sivec production capability (as regards equipment etc) but that there was scope for FOX to increase theirs over time. So lets say that Sivec on its own could chuck off £8m in sales. The other very important point to make about FOX is that they have effectively almost infinite resources to quarry - vast amounts - so this could go on for many many years! The NED's all took their fees in shares last year. Chris confirmed that NED's fees were of the order of £30-£40k per year which encompassed, I think, 3-4 days work per month. I am comfortable with this as FOX have some very high calibre expertise on the board. Chris's salary if I recall was about £120k pa. CFO £80k. Oh and just as a side point there is no 'ethnic' connection to Russia as most Kosovans are ethnically Albanians.

Attended today and had a chat with the very pleasant Chris Gilbert. Bottom line is he is very confident about companies prospects. Expects to be cash-flow positive by the end of this year though admits this is not his forecast but from analysts. He reiterated that the company will adopt an AGGRESSIVE dividend policy (note the word) as soon as it is prudent to do so as they anticipate chucking off considerable amounts of cash with low costs of extraction etc. The rare Sivec Marble looks like being a BIG winner for them. Customers can't get enough of it apparently. Only ONE other quarry in the world that has it. Guy who took their licence away back in 2012 (which they got back quickly) is in Jail!! I think this company is a very very good prospect. Fox Davies Capital have a TP of 48p. That'll do for starters.

Posts recommended faz and nw mate. I used to work with SAP closely so I know something of the beast. I know for a fact SNTY have had a relationship with SAP for well over a year now. I'm sure its in the development pipeline for them but it could be six months, a year, two years depending on how they prioritised it. :)

Arminius - good post. Agree with points 1, 2 and 4. Not necessarily with point 3 though. Sometimes it is OK to take a loss and concede that the investment didn't work as you planned and move the money elsewhere. :) I've done this plenty of times and it hasn't done my overall investment record any harm. In fact its probably saved me money overall.

Roughly translated this means it is currently very cheap and will look even cheaper in 12 months. Once the market understands and believes the story strap in for a major rerating.

Great post echoing my thoughts perfectly. IMHO canny investors use this lower price to build holdings. What an opportunity.

Whilst a few of the knee jerk sell on news brigade decided to bail out I've taken the opportunity to build my holding further this morning. There is nothing negative in the announcement, only positives. Losses were expected. Cash cow in the making.

Absolutely right Poacher. Thats why I'm here and fortunately for me I can afford to just sit the money here and wait. I get in quietly while theres nothing going on, no herd. I don't care how long I have to wait, it'll come sooner or later. What I would also add though is that the companies cash in bank is only slightly less than the MC valuation so everything else, all the assets and, more importantly, the huge potential is in there for free. No debt. So remarkably low risk really for AIM. So, in those regards not like many of the cack on AIM.
