Would be a very profitable idea. This is third day of profit taking - that's going to run out of steam soon as bargain hunters move back in. This has fair value (currently) of 171p but that will soon become £2.

On the cards here. That's what the chart is saying and with sentiment so poor very likely. I think this is likely to be a take over target at some point with an obvious suitor. I will consider buying back in at 7p or below as gold is going to rally at some point.

Very very quiet thread but more interested in a good investment and making money than idle chatter ;) Bought 500 here @ 510p on 12.5.2015. Very good solid company with decent growth potential in a sector that will NEVER be discarded by investors (just occasionally out of favour). I see some good upside here as well as an ok dividend yield.

The market opportunity re CD4 testing for a company like ODX is huge. The estimated current market is worth approx £300m annually but growing. That figure is based on current number of HIV patients globally receiving one CD4 test annually. In reality patients probably require more than one test annually. Additionally the no.of HIV sufferers is increasing in some parts of the world still, for example Russia. Current ODX MC is £24m. They would only need to capture a small percentage of the global market opportunity in CD4 tests to substantially increase the value of the company (I'm realistically talking multi-bag from here). Thats not even throwing in the allegen tests also nearing commercialisation. As I've mentioned before I think that if either or both of the products they have nearing commercialisation succeed (and the company are "very confident" this will mark an inflection point for the company and it will eventually be taken out by a bigger player keen to snap up market share.

Is the SP telling us good news is on the way? Does a share price sometimes lead the news. Yep you betcha it does - not always - but I suggest this is often a good indicator ;)

Another factor to bear in mind here is that with a decent portfolio of products here and several of them either in commercial production or near commercialisation (I'm thinking specifically Visitech) this could well be an attractive takeover target. In fact, probably just a matter of time.

Creates a bit of liquidity and assist our next leg up. This is an important point technically though for traders since at 21.87p we've hit the top of BB. So my feeling is that if we can break this level we will have a technical break out as well as promising fundamentals.

Six million dollar question. You sell before news if you want to lock in any profit and you are not confident of results outcome. Personally I am holding for results and I will review afterwards. Very good outcome could lead to a rerating.

This has now reclaimed the recent high after a small retrace. Augurs well. Finished at days high. Should be another good day tomorrow.

Looking further down the 'trak' (ooops sorry) and I do mean long term its going to be very interesting once the big institutions start buying in - as they will - because stock is so hard to pick up in big quantities here. Clearly we already have HH and Miton as two notable small cap institutions but the big boys will be looking at wanting big slices of the cake.

Yes I agree but I doubt we'll get "The Herd" as they prefer dodgy high risk resource or 'story' stocks and normally penny shares as well. This has all the qualities they shun such as good management, good product, excellent growth and profitability. We'll be fine here. ;)

Yes very quiet this morning but (crucial) updates expected on both allegen tests and CD4 in next two weeks. Company stated high level of confidence in results in recent announcement.
