Oil - I'm really calm on UFO at the moment. I took my initial investment out when we hit 3p (much to Napth's disgust) so am running a pretty sizeable free rise.

I'm looking at this similar to GGP when it traded around 1.7 - 2p for a couple of years. Its worth the hold

I was able to get a quote to sell at 1.65, and in hindsight maybe i should have taken it.

That said two things stopped me:

1. No guarantee it would have dropped enough to make it worthwhile
2. No guarantee i'd actually have been able to get a quote to buy when it dropped back to 1.5p to buy

These are the samples that the previous owner of the area took.

We've had them reviewed and they'll be taken into account for when they plan OUR initial work.

Its not huge numbers, but gives us a good idea of where things might be

Personally i think we will but not for a year or two at least.

Thats why i've averaged down from around 1900 to currently about 1400

Very pleasing results today.

Although todays jump has nearly taken me out of what i consider the 'Value Buy' Zone

That said its a good summary of things for any new investors

The thing people forget is it's about averages.

Mine is about 8.5p.

That means that 300% from here is actually another 8 bags.

For people with average around 2p 300% from here is another 30 bags.

You cant just blanket say that moving elsewhere is better

I'd say because they've gone from £630k to £6.5mil. They were probably way too top heavy in GGP and had other investments they wanted

Napth - Thats meaningless without an idea of the scale and the spread of scores.

If the scale is 1 - 10 that gives us some idea.

But if he only never gives a 1 or a 10. a 2 or a 9 only in 5% of cases that puts us towards the lower end of things
