My two slices went into Shell, Lloyds and UFO.

All three of those have given me better returns in the time since 25p.

I'm not sure you you understand why the divis were advised to be stopped.

It was to ensure the banks didn't have to be saved by the government again.

If the banks are making profits, theres no reason for them to keep the stop in place

Well so far i've hit and sliced 20% of my initial holding at two targets that we've passed so far, 15p and 25p.

I have 3 more targets where i'll sell the same amount of shares. They're a fair bit higher than we are now

To be fair he was a non exec director so I dont imagine there was anything to hand over

Retirement of Director

Alien Metals Ltd ("Alien Metals" or "the Company"), a minerals exploration and development company, announces the retirement of James Cable as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective today.

The way i read it was that the surplus would be returned both ways. I imagine the yearly increase would be bigger than 4% in that case

That feels very much like a sour grapes comment

I think with the gold and silver dip we'd have ended up about this price anyway.
