The trouble with including PIs is that it needs longer warning, which means more people find out in advance, which screws the price over even more.

When they were planning the raise the price would have been 1.15 - 1.3. It's not that big a discount

They didnt need to raise allthatglitters, so they were funded.

They raised for a value adding purpose, not to keep the lights on.

BBG did say in an interview at around 0.7p that if they did a raise to progress things he thought shareholders would be supportive

People just haven't got the patience to hold long term. They're looking at other shares which have risen in that time, and are thinking 'well i could have made 15-20% gains in the last fortnight with my money held in UFO if i'd been in Shell (for example)

The regret cost of holding is too much for some people. Personally i added to my holding a couple of days ago, and unless some actual physical news with a genuine material impact arrives won't be reviewing my holding again

DORE - its natural that people are anticipating news, especially when we know that at MRE is arriving in this quarter.

That said, people only want to know exactly when so they can trade around it.
