The PRSM have an odd employee population in that so many of them continue to spend their big fat commissions on their Stock buying in the low teens selling high teens twice a year . They are known as the Aston Martin Club. Software Sales who fell in to PRSM early and now sit on fat cat accounts. They probably in their last job and are milking it until they get the nudge, then off to the golf cub 5 days a week verses the current 3.

MSFT is old news as highlighted . If they can list in the US they will fly, but remain exposed to a UI or AA SPAC which would kill them if not . PRSM talk about it but never action and its not that hard but then again Warrington is far from the Valley in so many means. Maybe the Director who sold ( however he was ??? ) knows this and jumped . the SP will Climb back as the pattern and history shows, in the short / med term.
