Up a penny on News and now down again , AB WTF
Exactly, If Scotland is such a great place then why do so many of the population born their no longer live there ! And those that do, voted to hang on in desperation to the U.K's coat strings . Those that have left always say of jockland " ah its great great, greaaaaaat " if its so greaaaaat ? then duck off back their . As For PFC, remember they are a Jersey registered company. Oh has the ice melted on the Locks yet? maybe it has, hence the Curling season is over and you have time to write rubbish on this board .
sorry old man , see you next Tuesday, maybe
Good New Yes, maybe they have signed a ' call off contract/frame work ' ?
However, am I going Mad ? or did BOND not state that "they will NOT sign multi one off orders " . In fact he suggested they could easily do so but its not the strategy and will NOT to do so, as Large multi Unit orders is strategy " !!!!!!!!!!!
AFC getting desperate ? or did Keltbray drive the RN/ PR ?
or a Bondony ' miss truth '
Got it DmyOR doh
'What a bunch of chickenheads '
Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings plc announces that, following discussions with shareholders, it is already in receipt of irrevocable undertakings from holders of 446,632,048 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 46.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, to vote AGAINST the resolutions proposed by GHS Capital Limited ("GHS Capital") in its letter requisitioning a general meeting of the Company, as announced on 18 February 2022.
GHS Capital is the holder of 78,146,151 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.14 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
Given the above, and with the objective of saving administrative costs, the Company invited Mr Sathianathan, in his capacity as Chairman, CEO and Director of GHS Capital, to withdraw the requisition. Mr Sathianathan has not responded to such invitation and consequently the Company will publish a full circular, including a notice of general meeting (expected to be held on 06 April 2022), in due course.
Had this on the watch list for ages, anyone heard when the meeting is due 21 days from the 18th Feb is this Friday . As I've not see the outcome anywhere Shouldn't there be an RNS ?
Sorry to ask but did we get the right GW guys ? Thoughts of a bargin
IG keeps going to 'call to close' yet I can't see the obvious reason ? Thoughts ?
To all you three Chaps, ( time I guess, for you to Filter me ) I run an $80M Global Account with 25 Commercial people as part of my team and have done for 15 years . Fun though it might be , NOT !!!!! , don't knock on doors .
Context . Yes the Commercial Director is ofcourse relevant , however , looking at Toms experience... that leads an enormous amount of constant travel for the CEO ( who should be overseeing the company and returning value to share holders) and the Commercial Director - scale........??? And we wonder why the 50 or so opportunities take so long to qualify fully let alone reduce to 10% or 5% even to bid on .
bye
To be open I read this board but hardly post however, like many I suspect I'm (40%) on this' investment' holding 400K shares.
I should have sold during the only positive SP action that I can remember, at COP26.
Linked in list 84 employees ;
1 !!!!! sales person Tom Pollard, who's career has been as a car salesman until join AFC
The only other 2 others are in India and Vietnam
Why did I not sell in during COPL ????? because I stupid saw it as just the start of new promised to arrive
DYOR I should have done as no sales people = no sales
So why cant Arty communicate professionally and concisely like this ( and there not even producing ) ?

AB and co are clearly R&D people not commercial ( does anyone recall Tesla saying ' we've got this real cool car, but, we'll have a better one coming soon so don't buy it and wait for the one we're working on ' ? )
Trapped. I would suggest we all are on this BB, I have 400k shares and not at 30's pps.
We are frustrated by the 50 odd qualified 'opportunity, pipeline ' ( BTW that's just sales fud speak, for no closed sales ) my question is who has announced such wins in this period since April that AFC have lost too ???
Or
Have we as investors, gone in to early as the market place is not so sure and thus not buying yet !!!
Appreciating we have our partner in UAE ., UAE are, after all bleeding edge investor in achieving goals they have been executing on for the last 20 years of ' the impossible ' . It begs the question while AB and Co. are not always there ( a CV19 open part of the world ) supporting the partner and closing.
My ' hope ' is that the Middle East realise AFC have good Tech and buy us out maybe for £1.95 as the AFC paid Analyst suggest .
Thoughts ?
