RE: Saudi money coming our way24 Mar 2021 11:35
I agree, but then again as I have >6figs @ SP of 66 I have too just now. Hey maybe being in the states of Sand will get attention and we will be taken at this point . It always concerns me when a ' Techo ' is the CEO as they always lack the 'Marketing/Sales PR Spin' in my opinion Dyson being the exception. Theses attributes in isolation can be a weakness of course however, we need revenues !!! without them we will be bought cheaply by comparison .
For the oldies on this board you may remember a CEO John Roth of Nortel Networks they were huge in the 90's , bought Bay Networks and had the opportunity to be the CISCO of today . John Roth having bought a company called Ubiquity for $2B in 2000 was on the front cover of Forbes with the caption of " which company shall I buy today ? " They went Bust shortly after ( Ubiquity being sold for $145M in the asset sale ) ! John Roth was a 'Spanner a Techo ' and so were his mates the board, obsessed with engineering. Products were never forward sold , nothing was released to market to be sold until 100% quality assured. CISCO did not similar MSFT, took there market and the rest is history.
Obviously AFC is much smaller but I fear the board has a ' Mar & Par ' mentality. If the CEO has such great Government links then lets see some contracts with really numbers . Being in deployment come global leaders meeting in November could make that mad BJ seam credible, even Dopey Joe may be impressed, Just a thought ?????????????????
