Anybody know why the FTSE lost 100 points in late afternoon

Thanks guys for your positive feedback regarding me being out of IAG and taking profit.
Now looking to reinvest all into tui been in and out of this share 8 times this year and made good profits so that's where I think I will invest my money next, at the right time, have a good weekend all, stay safe.

Sold out completely 24k Shares, will buy back in hopefully. at lower SP, made good profit don't like to see it slowly eroded away, time will tell if done right or wrong.

Could be a low start for tomorrow futures down 60 points.

More likely, it feels like movement anytime soon above 6,404 points should provoke FTSE growth toward 6,506 points initially with secondary, if exceeded, calculating at 6,560 points.
Visually anticipate some hesitation around the 6,500 level.

what did happen this weekend?

IAG is the place to be, i now hold at 1.01,1.07, and 1.42, ditched my tui shares (nice profit) last week to get 3 times as much shares for same amount of money with IAG.
Can see a nice rise before New Year, 1.70/1.80, fingers and toes crossed.

Really, £3k @ 2.74 and another poster £60 profit, big spenders, not worth the effort, you need to sell your house and invest big time, you both won't be disappointed.

Good time to hold or tomorrow might be a good time to buy, if Joe Biden becomes President the sp could spike on thursday.

Glad I didan't buy into the RI looks like bad investment, saying that I sold before RI at 1.85 but have since bought back in at 1.07 and 1.01 now looks like a long hold for me, not going to invest any more, enough is enough.

I agree with you 100%, with the lockdown should help things along in the right direction, if everyones doing there bit to beat the virus, will come out of this stronger.
Might be good to top up tomorrow if sp drops a good amount, will be a good long term hold, some smaller airlines will go to the wall but not Tui, as for iag glad I didan't buy into there RI.
