100% true, maybe i got to much money and it doesan't bother me to much as it would you, what do you hold 10 maybe 20 shares, your the looser, you wait and see, come back in a few months time when you have to stump up more money to help keep these shares afloat.
your just a sore looser, sell now before it's to late and you lost the lot.
Before RI I sold my lot in IAG £1.85 with a lose of £18k (WOW), if sold a todays price my lose would be £28k, so for me glad I got out when I did wasan't prepaired to sink anymore money into this dog of a share, which I now think is going to the wall or very close, No regrets, you know there comes a time where you have to cut and run, well i am glad i done it with this share, I could buy back in, but you know what, no thank you, better off out, can see these going below £1 next week.
goog luck those still holdind.
IAG shares set to struggle after €2.74 billion rights issue
The British Airways owner may see its shares struggle after completing its €2.74 billion rights issue, with air travel threatened by the coronavirus pandemic as new cases surge.
Because IAG is incorporated in Spain, the rights issue is being conducted under Spanish law and so there is no compensation for shareholders if they fail to act on the fundraising.
I don't think there will be a RI, Germany pumping money in, the drop today I think is Travel company Tui has promised to clear a backlog of refunds by the end of the month following an investigation by the UK's competition authority.
Other airlines up, so now bad news out I hope rebound tomorrow, as tui have taken a bit of a hit so far this week.
I hold tui shares and will not be selling as I did with iag, so glad I don't hold them anymore, tui I have fave in to come good.
This is how it is, it's quiet simple really let me explain, if you have 2000 shares they are now worth 2,700 where as on friday they were worth 3.900 with the RI you now get 1.5 added to 2000 is 3.25 so now you x that by 1 and that becomes 2,300 so all in all you are at the same sp as you were before, you can sell now and your original investment will be x 1.5 so hold and 2000 becomes 2,500.
Hope this helps those who are still a bit confused.
