I did my home work. Since 4 years I grab every piece if Information I can get.

My point is: Merlin 1 had a 3d seismic analysis. I watched the youtube video over and over again showing the different areas the drill would go through.

In Merlin I only saw the 2d map and 2 blue thicker blue lines where 's supposed to be oil.

So I compare those many target zones of charly with those "only" two Reservoir at Merlin.

We had 6 chances läßt time. Now there way less "chances".

Looking back, one year before, I was at this point yet. Massively hyped by the forcast and simulated presentations of Charly - 1.
With it´s 6(?) stacked targets and HRZ, each supposed to contain oil. One drill to rule them all and in the dust to find them.

Now Merlin has only two(?) bigger targeted areas supposed to be oil saturated. Is this target worse?
Can´t remember the Charly data, the number of barrels estimated in any case of a find.

But compared to Merlin. What do you think are the positive, what are the negative differences? Is it comparable at all?

Back at Charly I thought: "Man they penetrate at least 6 seams of potential oil", thats a huge change of not missing. At least one out of those.

And now? Only two(please correct me if I error twice) estimated target areas.
