Hi Seifert, watching the real time trading, the good news is that there does appear to be support at these levels. If a credible plan is announced to recover the value of the company, then I think a rapid rise in the sp will follow. This was demonstrated on Wednesday & AT’s are again buying in today as I type, they keep topping up their holding at low levels. Sentiment moves the sp not logical fundamentals. In the absence of Co news the Pro traders will ‘play’ with the sp to elevate inexperienced shareholders of their hard earned cash. As to answer your question, one is the inexperienced complacent fool & the other the predator. GLA & don’t get spooked / conned into selling at bargain levels to the Pro’s, they will gladly buy your stock, to sell on a rise another day.

The games continue- yesterdays UT & closing price 57.35. Prior to today’s open another UT at 59.35 for ONLY 175 shares, £103 worth & puts the opening price up 3.49%, but the bid is still below yesterdays close at 56.65. Large price movement to entice investors in, to the trap. It’s well overdue for the order book & sp pricing system to be overhauled to reflect true honest pricing !. Or would this be too fairer system for retail investors ?

Pro’s have been buying for days now, at mid prices in the order book, so they confuse the system & are not noticed. Wednesday was constant AT buying. Yesterday was a typical trap, opening higher, falling to trap buyers in, then rising to maximise profits for AT’s to profit take from Wednesdays rise. Then no AT buy’s at the end of the day to spook day traders into selling low & driving the price back down. Ready for the AT’s to buy back in today ? ….Lets see

One other question is how are you shorting. As I understand if it’s via a spread betting co, when you place a trade it’s against the spread betting co, so they take an opposite trade, in the hope that you loose. Also there are constant fee’s while the short is live. For these reasons few customers make money & that is why spread betting is tax free.

The Pro’s use general bad news, so it is not noticeable, to manipulate the sp down by spooking & shaking sellers out. When this bottoms & moves sideways for a time, that will be the opportunity to buy in or average down. The lower it goes the easier the chance of a 100% upside later this year. Results out in a couple of weeks + the Indian elections after. Patience will be rewarded.

You previously mentioned Options. On the Euronext site there is only one option premium quoted for June at a strike of 72p & none for September. Does this mean that no other premiums/strikes are available ? thanks

Sold 724,916 Bought 1,290,390 Anyone any idea why the buy volume is so high, yet the sp is down ? doesn’t that indicate that the Pro’s are picking the stock up cheap ?

Another day of manipulation Rusty: Open sp 70.80, yellow strip at 72+, buy / sell trades were at 72+, but up until 9:30am the sp quoted was 70.80. It wasn’t until a £57k buy went in about 9:30am that the correct price of 72.20 was quote Why ?

It doesn’t need an obvious reason. If the Pro’s want to move it down, all they need to do is overload the sell side of the order book with temp orders, to spook folk into selling, then the MM’s collect the stock cheap. If there’s serious problems, it will gap down, because the MM's don’t want to pay the current price.

I will look into this but even as things are, I can see this moving up to around 99p over the next few weeks. 99p is a psychological figure as it was the low for a long period & ‘price has memory’. The price to book is still well above £1. Markets were very pleased with the feds comments & a Santa rally is expected until the end of the year. GLA

An issue of 41m new shares is a dilution of only 3.1% of the current 1303.44m. My question is: apart from the debt, is the size of this fall justified ?

US QE Tapering on hold until 2014. Dow up 293 to new all time high + S&P new all time high. I traded bumi last year from it’s £1.235 low on 24th Sept. It fell due to missing funds at a subsidiary in Indonesia. The sp rose to £4.40 because the payout to shareholders was placed on the table as part of the Bakrie’s get out deal but no dates or qualifying dates was announced, so investors continued buying in the hope of receiving it, but then there was the recent share suspension due to the missing money, which has now mysteriously reappeared. Now things look to be more settled Note as of today Bumi is renamed: Asia Resource Minerals Ticker ARMS.L. GLA

Onwards & upwards, the recent high has been 2.47 but lets hope to see 3.55 to 4.40 again, now that we have conformation of the payout.
