When on earth ofgem going to put an end to this nightmare process. Once you in the hands of any regulatory body you are going to be b******* for a long long time. The cman are particularly bad. Anyway Plesse please Mr ofgem give us our company back. We promise to pay x million pounds.

Im thinking about a top up. One of the worst in my portfolio but down too much. Has had a difficult few years but in an expanding work space, experienced, profitable and cash generating. Hmm following a falling knife?

What is the date that Ofgem finally closes the process? I thought it was last Friday, providing there have been no significant customer objections. It would be good to get this thing ended. Has been a real drag on the share price.

The share price has been in free fall since. Overall the results were quite good except that did not show significant revenue growth which might be understandable given period covered and comparison. Hopefully the company can provided an October update that shows growth.

I read somewhere on II platform that the manager of the successful Worldwide Health Trust did not rate or hold GSK and said had had poor revenue growth. Did not seem keen on future of GSK but was on Astra…..

This has been one of the most disappointing shares in my portfolio. The recent financial updates have been poor and uninspiring. This is a company in a sector which should be a growth story. In fairness has been affected by COVID but I am definitely looking for positive signs in next update (last year 1st October) that strategy outlined in the capital market day will be realised. I’ve been here 3/4 years but will think about to keep or drop then.

Thank heavens that SPAC complication is over. Mind you I never really understood it. This I understand. Well I haven’t done a cashflows analysis but expect Bill to have done good job on that.

I agree. This has to be a very simple company. Hard to understand why it takes so long.

I find it incredible that we are ca. 10 months on from the notification from the regulator and this has not been sorted out. I note the B/S provision but the company needs to get beyond this issue. It will weigh on the share price until resolved. I know that the regulators are incredibly slow but I can’t understand why it is taking that long. This is not a complicated business and the issue should have been sorted out before now.

Marlowe have been a highly acquisitive from over the last few years. They have been one of my
Best shares over that period. It is worth having a read about them on their website. No idea if Will go to £6 but will be an interesting few weeks. Nice restating today.

Hi, I think we will have to wait for the 6 months to end of June statement to get a feel for the financials. Last year they came in the first week of September. Mind you will be a bit soon for some of these later deals to (fully) kick in. Looking forward to it.

Rene management are going to muck up the current positive sentiment around the share? I assume this has something to do with the recent Griffiths publicity, obvious progress and becoming better at communication. However as someone here since 2013 I’m prepared for some own goal to be manufactured. Oh well in for the long haul.

With the possible involvement in government backed programmes, hopefully GB has some links into the Johnson chumocracy.

To me the retail offer can not possibly be judged as fair. I know Aim is Aim but this offer with the ridiculous time line and lack of information looks open to very bad practices
