I’d agree with you Harvey. In the March 20th interview DW states that only large companies have the capabilities
to take on the HRZ project but that the conventional FO is open to a wider array of companies. That same interview where he says it won’t be months if we are to do a deal.. worrying times indeed. Oh well there’s always tomorrow, might end up with £1.42 a share we do not know what we do not know :-]
