I emailed DW asking whether the extension of time was to open up to tier 2 companies, he said we had not moved to tier 2. It will be a tier 1 co as the timeline of events wouldn’t add up to allow a new tier 2 co to start DD imo

DW has also said he anticipates several visits to the UK in the second half of this year.. hope that’s to visit our farmin partner HQ and not to round up another two cash raises!

I’m sure most people are 100% expecting an announcement this week. Since DW has already missed two self imposed targets (YE18 - yano when he told investors in mid November they were confident of closing a deal before year end, then 1Q19) and then the old ‘weeks not months’ in March, now set the most recent ‘schedule’ of June 2019. I wonder what the next delay will be!

Investor presentation means a cash raise is most certainly incoming to supplement the 2.5m cash balance.

DW informed me on December 19th that we had NOT moved to Tier 2, after i asked if the requests for time extension was due to us expanding our search to a wider audience

On Dec 20th we had an update saying multiple high quality parties active in data room.

So we are dealing with at least two tier 1's here.

Pocket change to the fat cats I would not think we will be held to ransom over what they will consider as short change. After all we can always go out and get a chinese/arabian billionaire to finance the farm out according to DW lol.
