Not necessarily bsa9 …… there will undoubtedly be more who are below the reporting threshold.
The new UK initial reporting threshold of 0.2 percent will apply from Feb. 5, 2024. From that date, position holders with net short positions below 0.2 percent will no longer be required to disclose their positions.
DYOR!
This is a good RNS
This company has so much potential - looking forward to a positive year
Doesn’t he hold shares in THG too?????
Winstanley!
There is now substance to Darktrace - the Fed approval is worth far more than at first it may seem and as a company, we are a far more attractive proposition.
I really can’t see a catastrophic retrace - we have moved on from gremlins past and some would argue, present. The company deserves this and so do we.
A good day indeed !,
Bsa9

Bsa9 - you can’t really think the big institutional investors are staying away from Darktrace because of Angela Bacares, surely?
Good to see some hefty trades - UT £5M on buy
Maybe, just maybe ……
Good to see the UT at £2M …… finally some heft to the trades.
Maybe, just maybe ……
Hi Guys & Gals
I haven’t posted for a while due to sheer frustration and the boredom of the rinse & repeat cycle of the sp margins.
The Chairman has surely had long enough to make his mark here and MM must be all out of goodwill…… at some point the Big boys must say enough is enough…… it’s almost farcical. Vivek leaving may open the door to more scrutiny than THG has faced up till now. No strategic updates and a general laisse faire attitude from MM has killed my enthusiasm and belief.
This should have made greater steps forward by now ……. Such a shame .
I will crawl back in my bunker now …….
How good?
Wouldn’t it be nice if Darktrace had its RR moment …..
Angela Bacares sold down from 4.99% to 3.63 ….
That’s quite a chunk…..

And again, you throw out these figures, with nothing to back it up. What do you base your prediction posts on please?
Last time, it was heading to 250 based on baggage, which you did not quantify or back up with any facts.
Apologies if already posted

Absolutely agree DAVID.M
Not at all! It was clear that the Proventure adventure was just a wrong’ un all round. Don’t t think even you will disagree with me on that one!
Luv you too, EGTP 🤣🤣🤣
Luv you Winstanley 🤣🤣🤣
Hi EGTP - no, I didn’t say I would wait for a lower sp to buy back in. It’s not just about the SP it’s about the deal they have struck and how it works through over the next couple of months, it’s about their ability to make the 12% interest payments and it’s about them actualising their plans for Pyebridge. If they can show they have a realistic prospect and actually achieve what they say they will, then I will buy back in, even if the SP is higher. The current SP is only a bargain IF they bring everything else together.
Always wished everyone on here all the very best and that still holds. The BOD have not handled the shareholders interest with the respect it deserves. I’m sure we all hope that will change.
Have a good one everyone 🙂
