Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Morning
Well, it’s been six weeks since the BOD announced that Kona would be travelling “soon” to London to finalise admin etc required to facilitate JV completion and payments. In the world of business, six weeks isn’t “soon” and as time is money, they must know the state of play.
An urgent update is required. It is long overdue and they are continuing to treat shareholders with contempt. There are so many comparisons with AMTE ( now suspended pending de-listing) ….. I sincerely hope the BOD of MAST are held to account here as their behaviour is appalling.
Fordm ….. “ at this point you have to ask, WILL it ever rise above £2”
At this point I’d be grateful if it rose above £1.70 ……..
Robbren58 ….. my point?
I think you summed it up pretty well on the 7th when you posted -
“ Very frustrated with IAG couid have bern out of tfdm at the start of the year, bought into any othef airline and made a 20% profit and bought back into them at a discount. Crazy.”
I don’t normally swear but S.F.B.A.W.T …….

The last RNS clearly states admin needs to be completed for the JV to proceed. It also states Kona will be coming soon to complete the admin ( so the jv can proceed) . Until the admin is complete there is no live JV. Until there is a live JV there will be no money. Until there is a valid signed contract there can be no breach of that contract by Proventure.
Semantics at play by MAST, yes, but not a lot else.
I hope you mean 150!
Up just under 3% and still below 150…… 🤯
Dividend confirmed. Trading in line with previous expectations -
Let’s hope the market likes it!
Ria20 ….
This used to be a friendly board…..you are turning it into a spam board.
Also rude ….
Why lower the tone and insult other posters?
After the last update, I really thought we had seen the back of the 300s and would settle somewhere in the 400s. to have slipped back to below 350 is a bit bleak ……
No wonder things looked rosey😁
Saw the figures and thought that’s more like it….alas….. as they say, if it seems to good to be true it probably is.
Deltalo - “…. as well as to finalise the outstanding administration to complete the JVA transaction.”
They still haven’t signed. No signatures, no JV pennies……. Without those all important signatures, this is just word salad from MAST

Gave a quick peek….
BloodyRedBaron - “ How dare you post something vaguely relevant. Do you not realise this is a sandpit for childish bickering?” Hahaha 🤣🤣🤣
Sad but true. The decent informative posters are drowned out by this incessant drivel.
There is another reason too…..
Helium to date in other parts of the world has been found mixed in with another hydrocarbon, gas or liquid. The HE1 helium at Itumbula West 1 is free flowing and not intermixed with any other substance. Same for the hydrogen. Its extraction is not necessarily going to follow the same path that other companies are using.
Go back to the last Proactive interview and LB makes it clear that because this system is not familiar, they will have to study the data in depth and “ learn how the gases behave”.
Yana, You seem determined to find fault for no other reason than to be contrary. All the questions you pose have answers, if you bothered to look for them. The information is right in front of you.
Well said aspers ……

Hopefully MM hasn't decided to go back to selling music ( videos) 😬
Sandyman: - “ wonder why thy didn't send the samples off for testing as soon as they had all the samples. They could have been tested concurrently with all their own testing”
The RNS clearly states “ Duplicate samples collected from all three well test intervals will be sent to a second laboratory for analysis”.
They collected additional samples to run their own tests and to send off, at the same time. And then the well was sealed. I think common sense dictates that there is a time lag for prepping and despatching them for secondary verification due to the samples needing to be securely packaged and for the correct customs documentation to be obtained, stamped, checked and released for transporting to the lab. Lab is out of country so not down the road from the site! To expect testing to run concurrently with their own onsite testing is just not possible!
Then you state “ I think i would have been happier if the duplicate samples had been sent off to where ever straight away and the statement in the RNS would have given us a better idea of when to expect verification”
The samples were sent as expeditiously as possible. The company would not want any delays confirming their own results and they have clearly stated they will update the market as soon as they have the results. It is not reasonable to expect them to RNS a date for the results when that date is unknown and at the mercy of customs in Tanzania and the host lab country, transit time, analysis time etc. In a previous interview on Proactive Investor during the Tai drill, Lorna was asked for a time frame for obtaining results if sent for external verification and she’d given a time frame of a several weeks. Noble have recently had their results from the external lab for their drill which was running around the same time as Tai. Discount 2 weeks for Christmas and you’re still looking at approx 10 - 12 weeks. I’m not saying this will take that long as I think the Tan Gov would green light and fast track but it isn’t an overnight jobbie …..
Oldapache - you say the ONLY path management CAN take is to accept a buy out and that any other options are white noise.
How did you reach that conclusion?
A lot of shareholders may indeed vote against that if put to them as far greater gains are to be had from JV’s
I think Yana is Neil777’s evil twin. 🤯
