Have you ever been to Greece?

We were there a decade ago. After landing in Heraklion (north coast of Crete) we drove by bus over the serpentines to the south coast. On the way we saw many villages in which hardly a house was finished. Reinforcement bars protruded from the top floor ceilings everywhere.

A local person told us that all of these houses were not finished because you have to pay taxes once the houses are finished.

Greece has its own pace. A few more days are not important there. I would only worry if they agreed that the money will flow after completion :-)

If you are really sure that the share gods hate you, then please sell all the shares quickly and buy the shares of at least three competitors instead.

I have a similar experience with AFC and I am close to offering the AFC bb to buy me out at 1GBP per share to get rid of my mojo instead of waiting for the Poud per share on my own :-)

I think the article more negative than positive, because the main statement is, that Phoenix is the wrong address for the lawsuit:

At 0.5p, we are at the placing price +10%. Crossing 0.5p is a good indicator, that many of those who wanted to make quick money during the placing are out now.

EQTEC’s assertion that ARIES “abruptly filed suit” alleging infringement of ARIES’ US-patented technology is without foundation. ARIES and EQTEC had been in negotiations since January 2020, and after months of fruitless discussions ARIES was forced to file suit in response to EQTEC’s repeated refusals of ARIES’ requests for information. I am still trading EQT in London. PHE became available via Tradegate a few days ago. EQT remains my only "London" share and I didn't want a second account or an alternative broker for just one share. I am still using the "black box" for that one, hoping to see it on Tradegate, soon.

Seems, we are on the way back up. I tried to top um from 11 a.m. on. I finally managed to get some @11:38h after biddin . As usual, LSE is showing my "Buy" as a "Sell".

Hope we won't rise too far today. The fact that we are way below the placing reduces my fear of beeing flooded with shares tomorrow. Hope we stay below .45 and get some "good things compilation" RNS by the end of the week

I don't think that it were so many sells. In another thread, users reported their buys were shown as sells.

If it all were sells, why should the MM have bought them? With 200m sell vs 26m buy today, MM should currently hold at least 174m shares, all bought at nearly constant prices with minimal spread. Possible reasons:

(1) MM is pretty sure to get more money for them next week
(2) MM collects shares for a bigger order

Both seems ok to me. But the other way round: If it were more buys and less sells, why did the MM change the spread and the sp to hide the buys look like sells? Did the MM maybe need a sontantly los SP to collect?

Anyway, if MM really sits on 174m shares (I don't think so), that's more than 3% and maybe worth an RNS next week :-)

It happened last year, it happens this year, and if you look at the June 2020 Loan Extensions RNS, this may not be the last time:

"The loan facility with SFN has therefore been increased to €20.2 million and the loan facility with Mr. Falih Nahab has been increased to €44.7 million. [...] The maturity of these loans outstanding with a total value, including interest, of €80.8 million is extended to by 12 months to 31 December 2021."

The new, higher conversation rate of 48p is only applied to the interest of the new facilities. I do not know, how much of the 14.7 million are convertabe interest, but in worst case, this may be up to 735.000.000 additional shares @ 0.02

This should have been a separate RNS and not just a note of another RNS. Unfortunately, many people stopped reading after "GBP 10 million" and ".45 pence", fearing their shares could go down to .45, and so this information was lost in the noise of the placing.

Besides the Greece thing, there`s other good news in the rns ...

The debt situation is sorted out. The "Reprofiling of existing Debt Facilities" RNS (01 June 2020) sounded to me like a short term and "just in time" something and not like a long term solution (Altair ending 06/2021, Riverfort to be paid in 07/2020 + 01/2021 + 06/2021). If I understand everything correctly, Altair now gets fully paid in shares and Riverfort gets partally paid. Additionally, some supplier fees are paid in shares.

And in the end, the will still be a lot money on the bank. And everybody knows, it is easier to work, if (a) money can be spent without begging or asking someone before and (b) that suppliers who are paid quickly, are and happy to supply, work better and deliver faster. It`s always more efficient to work with people who pay or deliver in time.

As I wrote elsewhere, I also hold some AFC. They had a placing of aproximately 30% of their mcap a few days ago. It dropped the sp for a day or two and then brought it back to its original level and higher. Even without telling exactly for what they needed the money (the rns looked a little like "for this and that").

I don`t fear the EQT placing, just hope the placing is succesful. And then, with siome money in the pocket ... full speed ahead!

MMs have their place when its about bigger trades / buying & selling exceptional quantities. Unfortunately I see no use for me as a PI.

Btw: German PIs are really interested in H2 shares and willing to take some risk. But to get them into the boat, you need an institution that allows to buy smaller numbers of shares, for e.g. €1k, without spending a total of 10% for fees and spreads. I am pretty sure, that the AFC and PPS sp would be much lower without german private investors. And specially without tradegate - London is much too unconvenient and expensive for small private investments. Have a look for example at the AFC charts from November 2019, when they were listet at TG for the first time. Out of nothing they rose from single digit up to 30+

Don't know what it takes to get this share to Tradegate, but this would really be a step forwards.

debcashew, I can tell you, how I came here and why I stayed, maybe that answersyour question:
When I was younger, I studied chemical engineering for two years, but without any result. One thing always remained in my head: Electrolyses. In Germany e.g. we have a lot of wind energy in the north, a lot of demand in the south and a lot of people inbetween who do not want a high power above their houses and gardens. In general, energy is often produced at locations and/or times where and/or when it is nor needed - and it cannot be stored.

I was glad to see H2 companies developing. I started with NEL, because they seemed to be serious. Then added Fuelcell Energy and Ballard. Last year, a lot of things changed. NEL had an exploding filling station, Ballard became some kind of playball for the bigger investors and Fuecell Energy was close to being either bankrupt or dilutet to the max (they had an ok for a fundraise and were planning a reverse split to keep the price >$1).

I rearranged, kept some NEL and tried to find european H2 shares instead. My first british H2 shares were ITM. I Added AFC as soon as they appered @ Tradegate. This brought me to the LSE Boards.

One day, someone at the AFC board mentioned W2T and some missing shares. This finally brought me to PHE and further to EQT. I bought smaller positions to bookmark them and started reading their LSE boards and the RNSs. I loved the flow of EQT information, so I decided to buy more EQT. I would have also bought more PHE, but I bought my first PHE shares @1.45p so it always felt strange to top up at 3.5p or more.

I was trading EQT @London and I I still am. Same for PHE. But I am not doing this because I like it... Other places just have a much bigger spread on these two shares and not enough volume to buy instantly. London is expensive, has different currency, a lot of fees for the people on the way and so on. I wrote about this earlier this month. An order at London costs me between GBP50 and GBP100.

I holde some more british shares (AFC, ITM, PPS), which I trade @Tradegate. In my situation, Tradegate is native, costs €10.- flat for orders up to €10k and €20.- for orders greater than €10k. No further costs. And all trades are always peer to peer, no MM keeping an own stock, no treeshaking and so on, trading times 8am - 10pm german time.
