To be serious, I'd prefer to see EQT @Tradegate. This is, where the German PIs live :-) ... anyway, Berlin, even without volume, is a first step.

I'm still confused by the Stuttgart shareprice...

Usually, I don't take it to serious. On a normal day, their EQT bid price is much lower and the ask much higher than the London prices, so no reason to buy or sell @Stuttgart. They have a giant spread of sometimes up to 100% or more and their shareprice is somewhere in the middle. Pure fiction.

This time, the Stuttgart bid price is much higher than London, and since they are really paying the higher prices, I expected something big to happen when I saw nearly 1p earlier this morning.

If you look at the sales, the current price is still really aprox. €0.0104 (0.9p)

Unfortunately my shares are located in London and I can't sell them in Stuttgart without transfering.

After London closed last week, the price went up to 11ct (bid!) in Stuttgart / Germany. This morning, they have a reasonable spread and still a price of 0.0098ct (bid) 0.00116ct (ask), which means, they currently would buy my shares @0.813p.

You better put that on the clipboard. You'll need that more often :-)

An exercise at 25p corresponds to the warrants from the "Employee Incentive Warrant Pool", of which 590 million were issued. Approx. 100 million have now been exported, aprox. 500 million to go.

The warrents are known, and they are already priced in, so no need to worry.

The last rns was just three days ago. Be patient.

In addition to EQT, I also hold some AFC shares. If you want to know what silence looks like, take a look at their PI communication and their public relations. After that you will be more than happy with the flow of information and good news here.

The flow of information here and the silence at afc were the reasons, why I reduced my afc position and bought some more EQT during the past weeks.

Germans simply used the option to drop their shares after the rns at €.2205 and are now buying back at a lower price knowing that the placing was successful :-)

To be serious: If I had more money left, I would have added more shares yesterday. From my bank account, trading in Lodon is expensive. E.g. when I bought the 700k @ .78 yesterday, this was GBP 5460 (or € 5977.67 €). The fees I had to pay were €20.- (price for a foreign order below €10k) and €67.44 external fees => a total of €87.44.

Add the fees to a buy and once again to a sell and consider the spread ... the result is that I need a rise of at least +6-7% to get my money back. I have great expectations :-)

Damn, they bought it down and I had no chance to buy at the spike today. Hope there will be another spike later :-)

I trade through my bank in Germany. As a private investor, I mainly trade through Tradegate. Everything happens instantly, no market maker, no level II voodo, no paid information or delay in the publication of shareprices.

Unfortunately, for EQT i am only offered to trade @ London or Stuttgart. Since EQT hat a giant spread @ Stuttgart (sometimes 100% and more), I started buying in London.

My access to London is limited: different currency, multiple instances earn money on the way (this trade will cost me 75GBP additional fees), and in the end you end up with the obscure market maker, who seems to be a kind of evil mythical creature, who mainly tortures private investors.

I have big latencies when trading in London and orders in London are kind of a "black box", so I order at a price that I am willing to pay (limit was 0.8p, got them at 78p quite a while later). With the current RNS and more news to come, I think that it is well invested money. I expected someting like the RNS for this morning and would habe liked to buy earlier and cheaper, but my orders from friday afternoon and earlier this morning were just not considered.

DW: Don´t look at todays sp for your calculation. Remember what the SP of PHE was, when they started negotiating? 0.x p? 1p?

Since w2t adds a corresponding value to phe, i do not fear the start today.

Stuttgart is at -9% this morning, but that is pretty normal: The current spread is 16,8%... They sometimes have a giant spread for PHE in the morning until they know, what London does in order to avoid trades. Until now, no shares were traded, so the RNS did not force anyone to buy in or throw away shares, between the RNS and London opening.

In my eyes the current around 4p price already includes the w2t deal, so for me this means neither panic, nor euphoria.

I bought exactly one minute before that at 0.69. There was a spread of at least 0.02p that time, so this probably is a buy.

Booked an additional 1M seat at .69 yesterday in the late afternoon. It took quite a while, much longer than normally: I ordered at 16:05 and received them at 16:16. After that,someone else bought 6.5M, but nobody sold such qties. And this morning, also most trades are buys, specially the bigger ones. I wonder, how long it will take until the mm runs out of shares :-)

Since I have my share deposit with a German bank, I am shown the EQT prices from Stuttgart. And these are currently Buy @ 0.6p (0.66ct) and Sell @ 1.14p (12.6ct).

My guess is the middle ... 0.87 :-)

In my opinion, a lot of money was taken out of most other H2 stocks and invested in Nikola this week. When I looked at Tradegate yesterday in the afternoon, the traded volume was already more than 40 Million Euros. I think, Nikola is one of the reasons for the H2 sector drop this week. By the way, Nikola's partner NEL was spared from that drop.

People hope that a kind of "Truck Tesla" is growing.

It started on Monday morning (German time) on Tradegate with approx. € 32. When the American market woke up at 4:00 p.m. German time, the share almost doubled compared to Friday's US closing price. In the evening the American market ran dry, the closing price at Tradegate was around € 64. Yesterday morning around 9 a.m. German time, the sp tested € 91 (and thus the $ 100 mark) here, but after that the sp alternated for a while between € 70 and € 80 and finally closed around € 69.

Today it looks like everyone has calmed down.

Whit Monday is a public holiday in Germany. Banks and shops are closed today. Exchanges are an exception, but when many professional investors are out of the office, less is traded accordingly.

By the way, Tradegate closes at 8 p.m. German time today. We can all go to bed two hours earlier today :-)
