Hi Max sorry. but i am passionate about what companies that i Invest in. I have only gone on about my concerns with what Debbie has got to deal with. Regarding me I am not just a maintenance electrician if moneyback1day had any knoll age about qualifications he would have known that i have at least a C course OR A degree. you dont just get a gold card for nothing I could go on but i wont. Please for give me but I want IRV to turn around but i will not see a return for several years

well THIS IS HOW IT IS with some of the managers that came to IRV when irv got a large contract you should see the buildings that IRV have inherited with the so called managers the have just come in to irv from the last company that had this very large contract God help debbie.

Hi It does not bother me about my treatment, What does bother me is that Managers +area managers can IGNORE critical things going wrong in a building, and do nothing to follow up what they are told. Total Incompetence.agree or disagree ? what does bother me is that I have a very large holding in IRV AND I do not want to see my Investment go down the PAN. getting back to the job I care about the firm, and this Area Manager did not. As the engineers talk to each other a lot of the buildings are the same I did not go to work for the money my driver was work satisfaction. this particular area manager was 2pied over from another firm and he is in charge of 77 buildings god help me the other shareholders and IRV when people like this manager that that was 2pied over from another firm are left in charge.

Trouble with the present managers I to an area manager about critical issues and he just made it impossible for me to do my job and i said i could not do my job and would have to leave so he ended my contract

I never said that it was debbies fault at all I did say that debbie should shake up area managers and fm managers as they are not confident do there jobs when you have buildings with out heating buildings that have been starved of investment main pumps that do not work chillers that have been turned off plant rooms that are flooded need i go on and these managers have come from another firm into IRV NOW they need shaking up

Aendjo, I have a big investment in IRV. The reason i post the way I do is because may-be some one might see them and some thing will be done in IRV as Debbie has not cut as many managers as I think she should have (But I doubt if that would ever happen) I do not want to see this firm go down but it need a real shake up. I took a job with then as they took over a new contract from some one and believe me Irv has gut its work cut out as the contract was falling apart at the seams due to in activity by the out going firm. I hope i have explained my self, with out being a disgruntled ex employee. do read the other articular i posted in the title

Answer NO I have walked away from this firm twice of my own accord :-) I do not need to go to work. If i get a job i go to work for satisfaction not the money.

EODFIRE, YOU CAN SURMISE WHAT YOU LIKE. But why would an employer get you to sign a non disclosure if you were going to work for them :-) all so not a shorter a large share holder. I cant tell you things on here as i would get prosecuted. Debby should look a bit deeper at the managers lower down as well.

Laugh out loud this firms going bust some of the management from energy are incompetent you present them with a problem just get rid of the person that brings it to their attention not the way to do business and how you gonna find 56 million pound in interest payments in the next couple of years
