can some one please explain in the PFG Fundamentals volume sold and bought why would a share go down if there was twice as many buys than sells?

there are people on this board that try and ramp this up supercharger comes to mind but when this was 190 and Barrick giving away nearly half of aca to the tan gov where can the share price go have you known an African government do well out of running its own affairs will be closing my shorts very soon :-)
