No you don't, it's a great deal as it'll save Tullow for sure. The Uganda asset would cost us a whole lot more to produce when we have asset's already producing very well.
It's all about reducing the debt and creating a stronger position for future investments and a higher company value. Mkcap as it stands is 228m, it's an absolute joke with the asset's and cash we hold. Most companies hold debt, it's now going to be reduced remarkably.
With the oil prices rising and the new CEO "that I think is one of the best in the business" is reducing the cost to produce by redundancies, and in many other areas. we're in a very good position, and a fantastic opportunity to buy at these rediclous low levels. Imo.

If the mms are short on stock they still have to fill orders and that creates a squeeze to a price that can entice sellers. Shorters closing a huge demand of buyers can easily push the value up remarkably. I'm long anyway so my shares won't be available.
It's going to be an exciting week ahead. Confirmation news probably later in the week and then that'll really see the big investors return. Looking forward to next week.

Most investors have held off as it was uncertain the deal would go through, but with the confirmation that's leaked now, this is a game changer. I'll be adding to my 10 grands worth Monday if I get chance.

I'm hoping the news will come out later this week as it gives many investors a decent buying price before confirmation.
We should now be heading towards the 40s or 50s realistically as we're in a better position now than we were in Jan-Feb when the sp was around the 50p area.
The new CEO will deliver for us share holders I'm sure of that.

They'll have over a billion in cash as they already have 500m available cash. This news is fantastic and we'll see the value and the corporate investors return here, Stephen Beetham new the crack already I expect,hence the increase in his holdings.

I don't know what anyone would want to sell when we're on the verge of the Uganda asset's sale that'll reduce the debt considerably and give tlw an advantage to turned the company into profit.
It's in a better position now than 12 months ago when the sp was over 2 quid a share.
