began a month ago, IMO this will be safe, and they'll get the disposal hence the extented timeframe for funding.
Solenta own just under 60 percent and so they wont want to see this go under. 4m mkcap is a joke for this company and small change for solenta. The disposal aone will be many times the current value so i expect to make an absoute kiling here.

It's obvious this will not go bust, Solenta own 60 percent of the company already and I don't see them offloading like m&g do you.
They buy-out fjet Zimbabwe in their position just like anyone of us in their financial position.

Thus company is a multi award winning company and wouldn't be in Solenta's interest for it to go under, as it wouldn't sit well to be acquired that way in passengers eye's or investors eyes for the sake of a 5m mkcap. Trading update is overdue as it stated in 8th june rns that they will issue atrading update the last week in June. So a few days late but it'll come.

It'll have to be good to get shareholders approval, Melrose bought GKN at about a 50 percent premium, if I remember correctly the first offer was turned down at about 7 billion and the second was voted in at about 8 billion.
This is tiny compared to to MRO but fjet with a mkcap of 7million, it could be many times the current to get long-term holders to vote in favour .
Anything is possible with such a small mkcap for an award winning Airline

This has got Buyout written all over it, and Solenta aviation as favourite.
Now A&G out , it's made it a whole lot easier.
