That's excellent, do you have a link?, ease of restrictions will certainly see a huge increase of foreign students and will see the value return here.
This was 1.6p a year ago, 10x it's current SP, now it's fully funded so this has to be a very very strong buy from down here.
Very safe investment now and with the news of so many potential vaccines to come, this should start to rally big time.

Marshall wace are playing it right as to reduce its short position their exposure to a bullish stock and sector. Pictet asset management are playing a very dangerous game now that will become very costly indeed.
We'll start to see reduced short positions just as there were in December 2019 when it was near 0%.
But having such high short positions now will help push the sp up massively further down the line as they close, leaving some shorters plotless.
Just watch the holdings RNS's start to roll in as major investors move in.
