Fear not, I am neither a lunatic or a miscreant. I just wanted to get across that I'm pretty fed up with the threw AIM investments I've made with endless effort, but to no end. So, I pooled what was left of my former fortune and plumped for Lithium because I have always owned oil, coal and gass shares, but that makes me a baby-killer in the hairly-lipped, low-browed eco-tikes who haunt the AGMs. So I bought a halo along with my deadly un-eco friendly Lithium shares. I mean, think of all the poor Namibians, exploited and displaced, their lands despoiled, just so people can have guilt-free rechargeable vibrators!

Hi all. I'm new to Lithium investimg and today with me my first bid. I have a few other stakes on the AIM in electronics and I have become used to ummming and ahhhhing about whether or not to buy. But what I do recognise is a serious endeavour here with Andrana in a highly growth field. I seem to have got lucky and wandered in after all the hard slog had been endured by others, so I am goimg to rightly or wrongly go for broke on this company. They seem highly professional and therefore likely to extract the bst possible returns for the public. Dont forget its not only Lithium they'll be selling, its tin by the many tons - not cheap to extract these days.

Does anyone know who is footing Maxwell's legal bill, now they are no longer under the Tesla umbrella? It might be that Tesla are underwriting it as Maxwell's parent company during the period of the accused infringement, but it is very pertinent to know for sure as Tesla has, effectively, bottomless pockets.

I don't dispute your assertion. I only hope that right will out, though threre are no guarantees of such.

Do you know the hourly rate for a renound defense lawyer in the States? It's eye-watering and so many small companies just fold when faced with a prolonged legal action from either side. The placing by Cap-XX was necessary insurance to see the case through to its rightful conclusion. If they win, the potential cash award against Maxwell will easily offsett the effect of the dilution of Cap-XX' share base.

Thanks for this insight. I confess to having no knowledge of the trading process' intricacies. I wonder why, though, the originator of the trade's order is not clearly labelled a 'buy' or a 'sell'. That would surely dispense with the guesswork we endure?

If past court decisions were unchallengeable there wouldn't be any appeals, so I don't get your point I'm afraid. Every new case, while taking account of previous judgements, must be considered with fresh eyes by the judge/jury.

500,000 shares at £0.014 is only £7,000. Could be a nervous private investor, holding too many shares, bringing their cash account back up to parity, having dwelled in the deep red for quite a while.

Big institutional Investors look long and hard before they leap into large transactions on behalf of their investors. I can therefore only read Canaccord's buy as positive.

Could some kind person clue me in, a true newbie to the AIM, as far as is reasonably possible on the reason for the large trades, commonly reported hours after the fact as "Unknown" Buy/Sell ? Often one can deduce it by the prevailing price action, but not today when so many institutional and large individual TX's have been reported. Thanks in advance.

Wobble, why did you repost the sensational headline report of of Cap-XX's court victory in 2020, while making it appear to be new news? That's just dumb and misleading.

That IS interesting. I was concerned when they sold up previously. It can only be a positive sign.

Would someone be kind enough, when the legal saga concludes and is announced, sending me a message something akin to "Sell the ranch and loose the horses" or "Blue Horseshoe loves Cap-XX" (as appropriate), because otherwise I don't stand a chance of catching the boat.
