Jeepers ok if need me to spell it out... Institutional investors will do due diligence and meet with the company and board and employ their own analysts to support their decision making. This provides more transparency for the market other than a house broker coming out with target prices and forecasts ( in this case changing the formula for valuations last year). So this in turn give more confidence to investors and greater accountability for the board. what we have hear is a situation where the board are not as accountable and hence we get promises, smoke and mirrors. The question remains, why aren't institutional investors piling in to a fast growing pharm services company? Why are retail investors his main audience. Your welcome

Strictly... I have no beef with the company and you may be right but there is a need to keep ones eyes wide open and not follow people on here or CEOs blindly. There is always a bear case and this board would benefit greatly from discussing it and not dismissing other posters are dishonest, or looking for a lower entry which, I may say is pathetic and such a typical response. It like being a debating society where only one side get to speak. Earache did make a silly post but some of his posts actually have merit and deserve closer scrutiny in fairness.

Institutional investors are strategic investors who bring not only capital to a company but provide the means to increase exposure to other markets and stake holders. Why are they important? They are important to signal to the market that there is a future growth / dividend stream available and they provide strategic level support to a company when they take large positions but yet again you know that already. Don't get so emotional BTW

for me he only way to actually grow the business is not leases on old hotels and such like it is, as he stated he was going to do open bespoke units in other regions and countries.. What happened to that strategy? is he going to license it out to meet demand or remain static with waiting lists and drip drip revenues on pretty low margins? So many throw away comments by Cathal but you talk of growth all the time, but this sort of growth is one which has a very close ceiling and I for one don't buy it. So as I am entitled to do I post what I think on a public board but alas no answers of note

You in particular have appointed yourself as the guru of this board not I , yet explain why the II money is not piling in and why there are no significant holders anymore.... ??

Yes and I ask the same question name one institution who have invested in this company since IPO that still remain on the register..... ? you carry on your enlightened commentary as you have done, but the bear case is one you in particular dismiss and get personal with while all the time this falls away....

Yep - token amount given the pay offs he will award himself in the spins offs... look beyond the hype and the blarney and look at how the actual way business is done. He cannot lose he will be rich no matter what the assets go for.

interesting ..... not one institutional investor has held onto this company. Why is that I wonder? If it is such a great company why is the only person holding a significant amount the CEO; who by the way cannot lose can he? He is so so proactive with retail interviews and such like but in the end all we know is that Institutions all bailed out over time, despite the so called lucrative offer of spin outs and the margins are erm...grim. The SP over time is the market speaking and the accounts are the facts. Good luck with this one

I suppose it is only logical that the CEO didn't comment on the french sales given the media campaign ran from May so it will take time to wash through. Looking good here and given Q3/4 are their best times this is a good one to hold onto at these levels
