The trend is now up the Macd has crossed and there is buyers in the market ... simple technicals show a gap to be filled at 256p and my money is on us getting there ...Pedro wishful thinking on your part but if it does fall I suspect me and countless others will be happy buyers..

Hi mate... the biggest problem with retail investors is that they are unable to see a dip as an opportunity or see a little red in their PF for more than five mins.. I hated this company a year ago for good reason given their ESG outing, BUT they have done more to tackle it than any other company in the sector and I see them leading the pack in years to come once again.. funny old game :) boat is great but the worst investment I ever made for returns LOL

Hi Diss.. yep I got well burnt in that one for now at least. I am long on Boo but don't subscribe the rockets and moon shot mentality. The business does have headwinds in the form of shipping costs which, although leveling off are more problematically hit by rising marine fuel costs in the short term on top. On that basis, although these I think are temporary they do give short sellers the impetus. So, with that in mind I am scaling in. Yesterday the traders piled in on the technicals so if it doesn't work out for them and volumes fall be prepared to top up as you go... long term very bullish, short term I do not know....IMO

As long as this CEO stays in post this share is a dog sadly in my mind. The problem with in house talent is that they are not as talented as they think, or can be judged against. Let's hope our active investor get to put forward a motion for AGM, i'd vote to be rid of the CEO in a heartbeat...

everyone on here is trying to convince themselves and others that they are right / wrong. I don't mind Pedro et al posting views it always helps to examine the bear case. I am long and if the price drops back to whatever I'll be longer.. Shorter's I don't mind rather them and all the bull about going to moon etc ..

The correct question to ask on FOI request of a local authority is to ascertain how much the contracted value of their housing contracts are and to whom they are currently awarded including to housing associations and other third parties. In my area social housing companies run schemes to lease houses from private individuals and use the lease for social housing allocations

Housing associations are required to co-operate with local authorities and most have nomination or referral agreements with them. This allows the local authority to send recommendations to the association to fill a certain percentage of their vacant housing each year. Some associations allow local councils to fill all the vacancies they may have. The people nominated or referred must come from the council allocations scheme and be eligible for housing.

Some associations run services for councils on contract. These services may include allocations schemes, homelessness services, or housing management. When they run these contracts, they have to operate within the law as it applies to councils, which includes testing applicants for eligibility.

I thought lot of councils used housing associations or at arms length arrangements hence why FOI isn't the best option as it's a binary response clearly :

the simple price target is 256p closing the gap... but for investors it's a lot higher given their strides ahead in ESG against the woeful sector competitors yet to be outed...

The only saving grade here is that the whole company's tech and IP on the polariser is valued by the market at less than 70m given the cash on the balance sheet...Very Very attractive to Bracco et al if it is confirmed as being as outlined in the RNS.

Well they cannot dispute that the tech when applied is safe and effective and this hick up cannot be about the safety on the application. In that sense if you read the RNS carefully the highlighted issues haven't changed the company fundamentals just the technical details of the manufacturing process. What has astounded me is that the company had regular meeting with the FDA and at no point were any such issues raised by them; in fact the opposite they appeared happy with the submission and all that the company had provided to them . So, here we are awaiting clarification on the details and the CEO will no doubt be asking for such clarification of what they need in the forthcoming meeting with the FDA.
I have been invested here a long time and as hard as yesterday was, I see no need to try to make sense of an RNS that covers only what the market was obliged to know in the rules of the exchange. The tech is amazing, used in hospitals and researched in peer reviewed articles beyond any other I have seen.
I dont know what the FDA concerns are/were but I do believe that this CEO and his team will have all the answers whilst they sit here at a pathetic Mcap with large investors with the company and no doubt mulling over their next move. Bracco are a multi billion pound enterprise in this field and as long as they stay invested then so will I.
