There has to be a new mandate from share holders at least every three years which means the vesting of shares under previous awards performance criteria can be blocked / changed subject to share holder vote before Dec 2028

Any company taking over (if it happens) do not have to honour any such share performance based issuance. IF no deal happens it would be irrelevant as most likely the board would be doubtful to re-elected in any event given the majority shareholders frustrations.

I think you will find I do, and also it is explicit in my post that the role of future AI is a consideration AFTER point of sale not in the current valuation. Why you cannot grasp that is beyond words. You are simply blinded by your own hubris and cannot read properly.

Any future investment in A.I would involve a separate CBA alongside everything else a new owner taking over a business would determine. At present profits are only being hit from cost saving efficiencies' that has a time limit. PE will look only at the saleable value of the estate in my view and from this determine whether an offer can be made to give them very sufficient profit margins to further assess the business for investment or simply asset strip.

Let's keep this simple - if this company was to pay a £1 dividend to share holders today. Are you saying that you would not expect the share price to open at circa 84p tomorrow?
