It's a shame the connection with Apple seems to solely dictate the SP with this share. That said its nice to have the chance of a re-rate today :)

Yes Hold em....... Thankfully I'm not invested in this share heavily but selling any of mine now would be a mistake as I aim to be a LTH. I agree with other posters that some bad news may be priced in, but the amount of shorters on this share also makes me believe that they are confident of an immediate and adverse report on iPhone sales; not anything to do with IQEs own fundamentals. The BOD have been excellent so far on refuting the shorters claims, so why else would they be still here?? if it tanks, it will over time recover as this companty is more than just a one trip pony and the welsh government are providing significant backing to them in the form of premises leases, etc. They wouldnt do that unless there were pretty satisfied there was a real future growth prospect in this comany. Just my opinion GLA

For what it is worth my strategy is basically to plan for the worst and hope for the best. To my mind the SP was around 60p before the Apple rumours really took hold, so that's my punt on a reactive share price to bad news after an initial dead cat bounce.. Then I am going to buy 100% more immediately, as I suspect any shorters will be looking to close around the same time. This company is far to good to sell now at such a cheap price and crystalize losses and look for a buy in point. I'd rather sit on a paper loss for a while than a real one.. GLA

I believe the market will find true value which is significantly higher than the current SP. This share was pretty much stagnant around the �2 mark for a long time and what has really changed to the underlying business model to warrant such a collapse, to my mind the BOD have been taking positive action and although their communication strategy leaves a lot tot be desired, the fundamentals are sound and I am happy to ride the tiger wherever she goes in the short term although I have clung on tight for more than a few months so far... :)

and long overdue, the city punished this company hard for what in essence was the impact of the failure of an airline...I didn't understand it then but i'm glad I kept the faith and hope this slowly but surely goes back to 1.50. I'd hate this to become a traders paradise and I'm patient enough to keep taking and reinvesting for years to come... :)

I only wish I knew... That said if your anywhere near the current SP average you surely stand to gain in the medium turn as this share kick starts occasionally and especially when the plant revenue figures start to come in. My dilemma then will be whether to sell at any point or hold and wait out the inevitable drops :(

Anyone got any thoughts on the reports of Apple development of its own screen technology? I don't profess to be knowledgeable about this share but have a vested interest like everyone else here?

I use Moneyam which is useful for live prices and its free to register. once in set up a stockwatch list. hope this helps
