They are there to provide liquidity and the market that much is true but they also have open and blind orders to fill and may hold and substantial holding of shares themselves to provide such liquidity. They all know each other in the market and provide services to brokers and institutions. they operate open orders and off book orders and set the prices as they wish to keep the market fluid. When they are short of shares or looking to fill orders at a lower price thet may "tree shake" do yourself a favour and check out piworld co uk and look for the videos on the subject before making statements like that....

If it was cash raise I think they missed their chance to do one above the last raise price. I don think it is personally it is sentiment and uncertainty and that is why the down trend continues. I did say the price would suffer from simple chart analysis last week and was shouted down. The next support level in my view is 11.05 but I hope we don't get there. It worries me that a CEO who doesn't act to reassure the markets after a 60% plus fall in the market in ten days.... Not de-ramping as a hold a lot of shares but I am not impressed with the disengagement strategy they are using it reaks…!!

he was entitled to sell and did outside the closed period. Likewise he could never be accused of insider trading as a further financial statement was not due for up to five months from the point of sale. that is the point he never put any figures on market expectations but the chairman outlined the change in strategy.. He could never be accused of insider trading in my view but, and it is a big but, he could ruin his own reputation ill give you that..

how on earth could there be any complaint of insider trading in those circumstances given that they had informed the market of H1 figures just before..?

so you're denying it is in a downward channel, that the RSi is falling and that the MACD has crossed? NO, I don't think you can you're just putting a spin on it and hoping. So if that is your technical analysis then you are just a ramper whereas I am realistic on the current SP movement. A double bottom hasn't formed and you know it ....

Macd crossed over .. continued downward channel with weak support at 15.75 ... next support below 14.5.. in other words don't ask its grim atm ...

whimax... look at the late reported trades and they tell you a constant story. low volumes increased late reported trades for the sell side. High volumes less so but still block sells ...

Scary … positive thinking I like but I don't share the sentiment atm. Sellers previously have been happy to offload down to 5.9p over the past few months. Clearly early investors will still be up at that point so while I hope you're right I cant see it atm given the seller(s) are matching the volumes at any price presently. :(

wood. my hypothesis and I mean hypothesis is that the sellers are whoever has been selling down for month accelerating atm. Clearly someone or many large holders are looking to exit before the placing shares hit the market. why? Well if they are looking to clear why wait for the placing shares to hit the market when it has taken months on the current volumes to reduce positions already (look at Spreadex's rate) . I know people assume placing shares may be forward sold but one thing is clear some people are looking to exit for whatever reasons that have applied for many months..

I thinks it the fact that there will be circa 19m more shares floating about by then and also, what is our constant seller going to do now between times .. Q1 does last for 12 weeks also. each to their own.

filter thanks for the heads up... I got from that interview that news all fronts (including china) will hopefully flow during Q1 2020 so that helps manage expectations now. It isn't imminent that is for sure. cheers for that .

baking... I don't disagree but as you state there is a potentially wide market SP margin to consider now.. I think the next update will be scrutinised a lot now the hype has died down. Plan for the worst hope for the best. I am comfortable with my exposure but it all goes to show how important it is to manage your own risk.. GLA

I think it is also worth noting that what the chairman's statement does in effect is implicitly revise guidance itself and in view of this I cannot see revenues coming in at anything like £5m end of year. If the chairman stated in September that profitability was now to be achieved 2021 and we compare this with the original broker guidance of revenue profitability of Nov 19 I think we all need to accept the slippage and not get to hung up on revenue targets being met this year.. It seems a lot of people are counting on it but arguably this has already been conceded or have I got that wrong??

I understand the cause of sentiment here atm.. I must admit to being a little nervous myself over the lack of updates to market, particularly considering the plan was to sign up game publishers (broker note target was over 40 by now).. That all may have been done of course and subject to NDA but I still remain cautious, even thou stadia and the launch of other platforms was not initially factored in. I revisited the broker note in detail thanks to the helpful poster today and although I remain fully investor I think we may have some timeline slippage to contend with... its a long term hold for me and the exposure level I have reflects this.
