I should add that the exchange doesn’t have to release information of this type if there is an ongoing situation of a confidential nature that the nomad advises and the exchange accept Should not be subject to release. This is a long as any third parties and advisors do not trade the shares... that is my understanding from checking the rules but I don’t know how it would apply here if at all....

Bottm, actually although you are right on the requirement to publish price sensitive information for AIM companies this requirement can be fulfilled by the nomad sending a notification to the exchange and this can be done without notifying shareholders ... source FT guidebook investing p 50 ...

the difference between me and you is that my opinions are based on fact whereas you lot cant back up what you say at all!!

the sp has declined for nearly two weeks with lower lows and lower highs and low volumes... tell me I wrong by all means but back up your point fool!!

are here from Tullow and XSG and such like ….. check every posters history for their their style and content .. usually shallow and predictive...a little research pays off...

I think I will disagree because it is clear when you in , you post, and when you have made your 10% you leave... you have some losses on xsg to make up for no doubt... either way adds to liquidity but don't pretend to anything other than the person you are....

donotpanic - you are a fool and maybe you get lucky some times but i suspect not very often.. for the record the rise up to 22 from lows was on low volume hence the mcad rolling over quickly and a long decline starting.. now we have a higher volume decline with a bounce quickly sold yesterday and no sign of such today... So before calling the bottom take a look at the Mcad and the RSI and the volume.... of course news can change all this if it is the right news of course but shouting about immediate bargains is a foolish mistake that you should be called out for - so I have !!

do me a favour … don't try to shout the SP up like you were doing at xsg so unsuccessfully a week or so ago. one look at the chart would tell you buyer beware. late reported sells to be reported as the volume of buys reported hasn't moved the SP for the past hour....

agree baking but a simple statement RNS - note the share price know of no reason etc etc would be the least a BOD should do in these circs… pitiful..

this is a significant sell off today... I know the share has been in a down channel but the chart looks ruddy dire at the moment. not geopolitical I fear , more down to a CEO who is prepared to oversee a 60% share decline without any word whatsoever and that is unacceptable from any board of directors and also very rare. I know it is perhaps a transitory phase here but none the less they should be ashamed of their investor PR...

nice to see the last four trading volumes up despite the SP … best week volumes since early November which means it has increased market attention. I have been interesting in the way MMs have moved the price up and down all week to keep liquidity, small buys / sells to move the sp up and down.... I am glass half full at the moment because it half empty otherwise...simple really :)

am I rich yet... that strategy is not a great one if I may say so... Selling a lot but not all at a loss and hoping to buy back more at an even bigger loss is a sure fire way to lose money as you have already lost. If you have any faith in the company and where it is going then hold, if not sell all or part and walk away but don't trade a falling knife it is why most PIs lose money time and again. JMHO

goup… MMs don't need to a thing the sellers are there using any volume to clear. MMs probably have orders in dark pools so even they cant see the originator or the volumes involved.

John, block sells have been a feature of this share for months. Spreadex were selling 50k/100k chunks on low volume all summer much to my frustration and now we have others clearing before the new shares hit the market. On the plus side these new shares shouldn't get flipped to easily but clearly other large holders are looking to take profits at any margin. The one big frustration perhaps is the continuing lack of clarity on who(m) are selling down... But I remain optimistic on this company albeit we will be prone to spikes and pullback until news on revenue / deals finally arrive..

its not gamesmanship bob it is called perspective and often the hardest emotion to keep hold of that's all.

The best advice I was ever given with investing : in news light periods the valuation of a company is nothing to do with the company but only a metric the emotions of it's investors. It is in the period following news that the market values the company on fundamentals and growth prospects and that The key for me is that that benchmark of valuation is only there for a fleeting moment before emotion drives the market again. At present emotions are driving the whole market but yesterday I finally concluded that what really matters is whether or not the investment case stands.. for me it does so I console myself with knowing that I may have mistimed the bottom but I wont mistime the top if I hold... keep to your conviction be it buy, hold or sell. Guys... as you know I am not a fan of the non existent communication strategy but this company is a world away from being in trouble ... trade desk revenues is just one indication of the huge lucrative demand in gaming and ads appearing in games is another. Now, we may or may not face financial disappointing results but the growth rate is the key indicator for me.. I don’t think results will come till end of next week of the start of the following week which, is what was hinted at and would be in line with quarterly reporting dates.. the chart is a mess but that is technical, the company isn’t a mess, at worst it may have growing pains but people only make money by holding long term when technical go against them.. if the company

B1g.. MMs do not report the trades as either, it is the LSE software that does that.
