RE: Come on26 Jan 2021 11:03
PE ratio of 10-18 average is possible as per LSE historical values (or higher in selected cases!) but i have nothing else to base it on at the moment except PE ratios of poor analogues like E&P companies (10-14 for Xom, Shell, BP etc - drill, produce). therefore I had used 12 as a simple, conservative multiple. I acknowledge this is not a hydrocarbon based company, and being the only darling on the LSE may indeed give a higher PE ratio (i certainly hope so, it only means more profits).
But don't invest on hope. I generally am very risk averse so invest based on my own low case (risked) and in that view, the current share price has further up to go should success is seen in the next 2 quarters and beyond. He pricing, market sentiment, and hopefully larger than the risked low case resource number will all help the share price up. therefore in my books, a solid investment especially at current prices for LTH.
