I only know Halifax SD - for that you just need to select the preferred option on the corporate action showing for SXX in the account, fund the account for what you need to cover your OO shares by the deadline (I've already added the funds) and they'll do the rest on the given date.

There is a perfunctory but legally required vote on the 15p allocation to existing shareholders later this month.

Is there any chance there is too much contingency in the amount that has been raised for st2 and that they may have significant amounts of the funds from the share placing/convertible bonds/senior debt left over in 2021?

What do you think the biggest financiers are funding it at 15-18pps for? They expect to double their investment over a few years, obviously otherwise they wouldn't invest.

Really interesting take, cheers. I'm a genuine "new name" and I'm certainly not trying to dissuade anyone from buying. If anything, I think this suggests savvy investors will expect multiples of their investment whether that's 15p, 18p or even above that. I bought this morning.

Been lurking for a few months now, holding 80k-odd. Guessing the 15-18p must be the 'price' of the financiers' funding - ie. it must be linked to the NPV and hence financiers' profit/RoI in a few years' time.

If I buy at above 18p, I may still make a profit long term, just not as much as the financiers. This is my belief anyway.
