As we get older issues crop up and our hope is there will be that 'new drug' to prolong our days. The second hope is Scancell develops that drug!! So far I have been able to hold onto my shares but as we all know - we have know idea what the future holds - so please all, keep posting your well developed research, which I always read and try to understand.

Re. Badland, you are mainly correct with your recent post. All labour govs have opened the drawers and given our taxes away. The junior Dr's are just children and expect grown ups pay, while learning a trade., a trade tat will pay massive bucks, often for a 3 day week, certainly 4 day week as day 5 is often a 'research' day. Important if correct but often used to work a private clinic or three. which takes them away from front line NHS duties. SLEF scum next to get the big handout.

My two penny worth - went for a 'mans op' at local NHS hospital, 7 beds on the ward two nurses to look after all seven beds - only two of us turned up. the other 5 didn't. Re ATISHA Dianne About - she ain't no virgin - you ask corbym about that! Uk politics seem to have changed over the years. A state of flux waiting for the new guard to take over - perhaps with a sense of realism in their thinking related to the environment, food production, power supply with a less aggressive stance related to other people. Us oldies have always accepted that people in power will do the best for us but infact they have only done the best for themselves. I believe Sunak is a good bloke (with a very wealthy wife) and has worked hard for the country. Beware of the labour left just sitting quietly waiting to get their say , the union thugs etc beware of the right wing devils and the no hope no idea lib dems - we are doomed! Hi Terry yes I appreciate your views and what you remember about people and their family but it does sound like a touch of envy - some families have more than others - I am at the very lower end but I look after my own affairs have a pension from work and enjoy my garden and allotment. Labour will open the drawers and hand out dosh to their cronies the NUWT thugs, rail drivers etc, they left the country bankrupt last time and they will do it again. Can I just point out that in 1973 we joined the 'Common Market' a good move as free trade and movement of goods and people improved our relationship with Europe and the economy of many nations for the benefit of the workforce and others. An efficient and cost effective arrangement. However Delores and his mates wanted more power, especially over the UK, and a way of extracting money from a wealthy Uk (compared to some European nations) So they devised a very expensive and unmanageable system which is none democratic. The European experiment will fail at some point and be replaced by the common market 2.2 which I hope the UK can influence its design ( a little chance perhaps!) and then join. You should have received it already. Check where it is to be paid, if you elected a scrip divi, you will get extra shares in leu of cash. It will arrive! How long have you held the shares?

Someone thinks there is a penny or two of upside with ESKEN. A bit of faith or just averaging down. All will be revealed after the court injunction has been resolved, with luck in esks favour. I feel it is a cheap shot to grap the business on the cheap. Take care all.
