Good to see that Stonegate are still pitching Pensana at $5 valuation

Saw RNS earlier for 3rd December. Why do we think that consolidation of shares not part of AGM discussions now? Previous announcement suggested it would be.

So Pensana part of the REelement jigsaw too in the US. So this news should simply signal how serious the US (our focus) are about securing own supplies or are you posting news because you think it is negative for PEN?

Am I mistaken or wasn't there a statement about the drilling being completed pre rainy season? I remember thinking that it seemed to be part of a positive narrative around the time of the AGM announcement...................maybe the results of that drilling will also now be announced ahead of the AGM and is part of getting Pensana to the required SP for Nasdaq listing.

I'm sure that someone will quickly come up with an appropriate number based on those datapoints. Really interesting now to see the comms going balls out on comparing the three companies with so much of the jigsaw is now in place :-)

Has it occured to you that smart businesses pivot depending on what is impacting their sector? the Saltend option clearly became the lesser route for various reasons (that were not known 4 years ago). Just think in 2021, there was no Trump in office, war in Ukraine.......RE is in a different place today.

What really baffles me is that even though the most important bits of the jigsaw have come together from the most credible and informed sources/partners that SP continues to suggest that everyone has got Pensana wrong and that it is a bad investment. We hear sometimes that people are delusional but this level of denial about the facts is off the scale.

Yes thanks so much for the commentary on the jigsaw puzzle coming together. I guess the next 'moment' will be the publishing of the agenda around the 8th November for the AGM. Question is what in theinterim do they want current investors and potential II to know in order to support NASDAQ listing and its requirements?

It feels like lots of positive SP growing activity but some of the other comments about how RE's will be priced because of the crytalisation of some deals/partnerships dampens the picture. We can only hope that the master plan will continue to crystalise and us LTH's will finally make the multiples promised so long ago!

A lot of the big RE names have seen SP drops too. MP for example down 20% too - so a category issue since Trump muddied the waters on strategy last week.

But momentum and sentiment is important to stay on the radar and now with Stonegate on board for 2 months, we should be seeing some more newsworthy outcomes

Can i suggest that you take the time to scroll back a few pages to the timeof the RNS that announced possible NASDAQ listing - all of the explanation there on SP requirements, how it might be achieved etc

If you are truly interested in investing its worth 10 minutes to gen up
