i haven't posted for a while but i have been watching the board and listening to the ******** certain members - very dull and pointless.

the sp tells us what the sentiment is and given that we have a break in the hysteria on global markets around iran/us - i find it all rather depressing as a lth

all the promises before xmas have come to little. happily pensana is a tiny part of my investment portfolio, so given i'm still in the red, i won't be selling but if i was a more recent investor i would certainly be ditching it in favour of something less 'jam tomorrow'.

Good to see M&G still building. SP will no doubt still say that they have been hoodwinked into buying even more of a company that has no future!

Not much trading on the news and yet price down. Mumbles and Hogsnipe what do you make of that?

Wow for once, the Pensana team have offered a full narrative on where we were 3 months ago, together with how all that plays against an uncertain World. The uncertainty has pluses and minuses for Shareholders in my mind. In simple terms RE price and desired access elevates the business whilst the prospect of greater volatility means that funding more difficult. Good to see that with some time to reflect on the info that the SP went north vs south but we will see.

Thanks. We know that often weeks become months. Remember the promise of a NASDAQ listing in Q1? But yes good point re: spike in need for REs given World conflicts. Plus it is unlikely that USA going to make a deal with China anytime soon, given they are reportedly helping Iran.

Picking up on the last post. Do we now have any known dates by which new info is expected? After the 9th March let down, I'm confused about what comes next that might see the SP rise again. I spoke to my broker yesterday who also seemed very tired of the lack of information from the company (never reassuring).

Thanks Hogsnipe. I have to say that I was hoping for a more upbeat response from you (you are usually glass half full) but I appreciate the honesty. My inital stake was a lot more than £10k so by your calculation, I'm feeling rather sore today. Broken promises are never good but as we are closer to production, I'm trying to work out whether its worth hanging in for another 6 months, to mitigate the loss or whether its best to pull and invest it elsewhere.

Fascinated to follow the discussion on this group by people who clearly know about the sector. I invested 5 years ago on the back of a stockbroker recommendation and an understanding of how important and rare REs are. I'm interested to know now, based on structure changes, the downgrading of the Coola asset, the longer timescales on the NASDAQ listing whether other LTHs are staying in or are jumping ship? I derisked a percentage in the summer at the dizzy heights SP

All sound observations i'm sure but I think that your opening statement is what LTH's mostly feel - irrelevant and overlooked. Having been an angel investor for many years, I don't know why it still annoys me as you pay your money and take your chances....

It would be nice though to see some consistency on the stated goals of Pensana. By wriggling out of the 9th march meeting, there is no opportunity for the other agenda points - drilling results, NASDAQ listing etc to be aired.

What we do know is that the RNS has failed to excite as the SP is down on the news. I will be glad when we are past the 9th March because it really is feeling dull. 5 years in, i'm not interested in news being teased. I really want to see some significant shift in the SP to reflect all of the progress made over recent months.

i hope everyone had a good christmas break. sadly it appears that some of the trolls on this board tore themselves away from festivities to continue arguing about what pa did years ago. i'm more interested in the fact that he steered pensana to a 280% increase during 2025 and more importantly what he can achieve in 2026 on the sp.

the ******** and tangents confuse us all, so it would be good to make a list of what the lth's (who are best informed) think we are expecting in q1 2026 from results on new drilling to confirmation on exim offer, from steps towards to nasdaq listing to transparency on strategic investor. good to tick the known goals off and move on from the sideshows

I'm unimpressed by a lot of what has happened in the past 6 weeks (not SP specifically as category issue currently) but I'm not sure that bailing out now is the right call.

So much is going to happen around RE's next year and PRE the biggest new producer coming on stream.

I think the NASDAQ listing will at best be delayed 6 months.

Looking forward to hearing the headlines of what you learnt outside of the presentation posted on the Pensana site. Also what the general tone was on the Q&A amongst those who showed up on the day. I'm hoping that the rise in the SP today reflects a good meeting

Hi Keith for over 2 weeks now, you have used this board to talk about your disappointment that Saltend is no longer 'the plan'. Can I say that the regulars on here like me have 'heard you' and some have even tried to reassure you that it was probably the best pivot given market/political changes.

I'm not sure now what you want? As others have noted, you are free to sell your shares if you think that the top team are heading the wrong way. I also invested in 2021 so I'm hardly delighted either that the SP finally climbed and then fell but bemoaning that swing won't help.

Yes i understand that but when they initially talked about it, the multiple to get to the $4 per share looked more reasonable.

Not long to go now until the AGM. Will we get an RNS before? Given where SP is, its difficult to imagine that they will progress the NASDAQ listing in Q1 2026.

If you look at the volumes currently, there is really nothing happening (57k so far today). Those who have decided to hold are holding and until some new news, no-one much is buying either. The board only have a week before the AGM - so I would have thought they will want to make an announcement re: drilling funding or the results of sampling fairly soon.

It is really quite sad to see so much negative energy and venom on this board. The fact is that whether you are a Pensana, RBW or MP investor - your stock values are down on where they were a month ago. The 'crisis' and hype around the category has abated for a while and we are going to have to see which of the companies have got more of the chess pieces in place to come out on top. I would love to have gone to the AGM but have a prior angel investor commitment - so hoping that I can learn from others on the ground how PA responds to some of the more searching questions.

My understanding is that the current funding takes it into production late 26/early 27.

This announcement is about confirming whether there is an even larget amount of rare earths that Pensana is sitting on. The point being to build the story on why investors should back this horse on the NASDAQ in 2026.

Nice to have people join the board who are genuine but I do get bored with newcomers thinking that the LTHs have nothing better to do than recap on where we are. If they are really interested invest time in scrolling back and/or read the RNSs :-)
