.... for Ormonde shareholders, now trading at 0.35p per share. At least the TRU share price is up 75% for a market cap of £2.2m valuing ORM's 36% at £790,000 or 0.17p per share. This is despite paying £1.8mm for it. Great piece of business by the Ormonde board.

Of course they are fantasy Legalwolf. It's embarrassing that they keep quoting such figures with no support, especially given the poor results delivered so far by the JV. It doesn't take a long look at the data or require specialist skills to see that the numbers don't add up and understand why the market continues to ignore this nonsense.

May as well be realistic about the prospects here for shareholders, don't you think?

4c per share - that's a laugh! ORM's 36% interest in TRU is currently valued at £0.5m, or 0.1p per share. No value in the Peak 20% interest, because as far as we are aware it has no assets. That's it.

There is no value in this share. It has a 36% interest in a Canadian company valued at £1.5m (valuing ORM's interest at £0.54m) and a 20% interest in a private venture with no public information, therefore £0 valuation. Neither of these businesses have any revenue therefore all ORM will do is keep spending a falling cash balance on costs. That's it. What a way to destroy a company.

Not exciting at all. Some geochem anomalies reported, 10 ppb is a very low number to call anything anomalous and 11 samples over 100ppb out of 1,500 is an extremely low return. We already know there's a bit of gold coming out of quartz veins across the district but so far no economic deposit.

If the drilling results had been any good they might have focused on Clontibret and fast tracked a prefeas, but they weren't so have to look around for something actually ore grade, which for refractory gold is a higher bar. So far nothing meaningful has been reported.

Experienced traders are long gone from this, it's not been a trade for years.

Of course it takes me to mention the simplest explanation. They are drilling but results are not good. Consistent with the history of exploration on these projects.

What you are seeing with CGNR is the problem when you talk big but can't deliver. Demir are spending the big bucks, but nothing is coming out of it so CGNR's and roast dinner's overpromotion is exposed.

That doesn't make any sense because it would mean that someone has traded on inside information which is illegal.

All the results reported since the JV are weak, and don't support the fantasy enjoyed by management, its roast dinner promoters and many on here that this is somehow a multi million ounce, multi mine district. The reason there are no results reported is not lack of drilling, it's lack of material results. The market has been wise to this cartoonish nonsense for years.

Guess you can express your approval for making this already bad investment uninvestible at the upcoming EGM.

Flundra it's not eligible for AIM, hence the delisting. You'd have to wonder then if it is not eligible to trade on AIM why it would trade on any other market. It won't go on aqse either, that's just fluff to appease shareholders. They already have all the votes they need

I don't believe it will go onto AQSE, that would be a waste of money when there is nothing to trade on. If they cared about liquidity for shareholders they were already on two markets and could have done the requisite RTO and brought in a proper project. Instead they have made minority investments in some obscure pet projects. This is dead for shareholders other than Anderson who will restructure it in his favour.

Bended truths? It gets delisted in 2 weeks.

There will be no suspension purgatory. It is being delisted, so private purgatory, with a minority shareholder controlling the business.
