Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
We wait until ara/aex start producing, then we collect up to 1.2p per share, depending on the amount of gas produced/sold.
I think the 1st payment of about $2M from memory (about 0.3p) then increments depending on production totals.
All going well about 8 or $10M.
The 1st could be as early as the end of this year
On this share is a joke!
Normally you see the spread, as indicated above (0.10 or 40%), however, generally this isn't the true spread, as you would normally be able to sell @ around 0.28 and buy @ around 0.3 (just random examples).
I've just tried a dummy buy and sell, the prices 0.252 and 0.34, what a liberty!
Have decided to leave a limit buy @0.28 as I believe there could be 4 bags in time and almost guarantee 0.3 as soon as the end of this year, we receive $3m on the FID, which seems to be fairly certain, although could be delayed further.
Good luck to all, whatever their final decision here
Have I missed something, I've gone through about what feels like about 100 rns's, looking for the total amount of shares GUN have purchased in RinCON.
I must have missed something only by my reckoning GUN had over 15 million at one stage (a lot of those were bought for 1.6c) and then purchased more and more, some at 34c.
I can only see the one disposal (earlier this month @ 4c (for which the maths doesn't add up).
Did I miss other disposals?
How come they sold over 7 million @ 4 cents each for (if my memory is correct) 238k, what happened to the other 42k?
Please can someone enlighten me
They sold a little over 7 million @ 4 cents each, now less than 4 weeks later rincon is trading @ 8.5 cents each.
We got about £128,000 (Notified by rns 4 April 24)
Sell today @ 8.5 cents would have netted approx. £270,000.
When the m'cap is like just over 1 million, that's a huge thuck up!!
Just remembered, our brilliant bod sold almost 2/3rds of the rincon holding!!
I guess we all do it, DOH!!
Can we do 100% today, up to .22p however, a little tree shake expected any minute
Hey guys (n'dolls)
Am I right in thinking this has gone ex-div today, meaning anything over about 23.37 represents a blue day?
That's assuming I'm also right, that the dividend is also around 57p.
Thanks Deano
I missed out the fact that I haven't managed to buy any yet, keeps going nt 😕
@Updownstream
I don't know about anyone else, however, I've tried to buy some more as in my belief, the Tanzanian asset should be worth a minimum of 5m, possibly up to at least 8m.
I can't remember what our cash balance, or the total receivable amount was for the sold asset.
If there's only say 5m from the gas assets, if you divide this by the total shares (900m), the return should be 0.55 pence per share.
With each extra 1m adding 0.11 pence to the payout.
I see Mr Strang has purchased some shares, a whole £4k.
Let's not go too mad Donald!! Lol
Guys n dolls

Thanks guys
With what btc has done over the last 2 days, together with what the share price has done, I can only assume, "those in the know", are forward selling, in the knowledge they can buy back in lower, whatever btc does in the meantime.
As always, it's us that continually get shafted!
Have been trying to buy with ii @ 0.135 for sometime,
finally managed to get another 2 million!
Now watch them tank, sorry guys lol
Hey people,
Thought you might be interested in the latest update!

@ one knows
It's an 8 grand outlay for 3¼hrs and a £1,238 banked profit!
I'm sure you'd not pass up the opportunity being paid £390 an hour!
Did anyone else notice the 2 trades today?
The first was a buy, 20 million odd @ 10.11am
Then a little over 3hrs later, sold the lot for a £1238 profit!
Nice work if you can get it...
And, just in case you're not sure, you can sell any stocks in your ISA and buy other stocks with the cash, it's wrapped up tax free, no capital gains tax, no dividend tax.
The only thing is you can only put £20k per financial year and if you put the full amount in, you can't add to any other ISA.
Also, when you do take anything out, you can't put it back!
#Very LOW prices#
Has the delay in funds, been orchestrated to force the sp down and allow someone or some entity to buy at very prices, then when the funds are received they can then sell, recovering some of the funds straight away?
Would be a perfect plan lol
Hi fellow investors,
At the recent Essex meet, I spoke to one of you about Gold Britannia's and you suggested which company would best best to buy through.
Being over 50 with a brain like a sieve, I've forgotten, could you (or someone else) suggest the who and why I should buy through please.
Many thanks in advance
Deano
