Well sorry fellas, I had to dip my toe in again at the death, not the best of omens as have a habit of calling it wrong! but surely has to come back soon, thank you all for the recent advice and to Mr Tibbs for all his work and considerable efforts in keeping us all informed.Hope the man on the train will enlighten us with some good news.All the best to all.

Just a thought, do the long term holders (which I am one) on here feel that this is a good opportunity to top up at these seemingly cheap prices, reading Tibbs excellent information looks like it was a blip and lessons have been learned as stated previously. I know we all make our own decisions but I would like to hear any comments concerning the future of the company and how the price of gold will stand up in the coming months.Best regards.

Yes I agree sparkle, the blog is generally friendly and we will all have different views in all we do, I am sure all will come good it is only a matter of time for all of us, patience can be very difficult in times like this. I do agree however that 40,000 director buy is not showing a great deal of confidence, lets face it they have the most up to date position of the company. I am surprised that an announcement has not been made to reassure investors that fundamentally all is well.

Thanks John112334 for the advice,I had held centamin for quite a few years now and remember the previous big falls but called that one right, perhaps too much time on my hands now and obviously jumped in to quick! That is what is nice about the blog is that 99% of posters have good intentions, so will keep an eye out for respected posters advice then hopefully wont make too many mistakes, best regards.

Looks like another mistake of mine, bought far too early,really felt it would pull back up a little. Retired a few months ago,perhaps there is truth in the saying no fool like an old fool! Oh well life goes on, as always good luck to us all in this Russian roulette game!!

Bought a few more this morning, hopefully this will rally soon after all things could not have changed that quick ( could it )

May I say it is heartening to see all the faithful posters returning as I always felt that is what makes this blog particularly special and considering Siko who is not invested at present is given his wisdom as Mr Tibbs,with his respected posts. I must say this is why I invested here with like minded friendly people all with the same goal.Just hope that the tide turns a bit tomorrow, will probably add a few if it goes the other way ( I know gluten for punishment ) but feel that the company has had a blip and when a bit of confidence returns, this will be forgotten. I have been invested here for many years and have steadily built a small holding ( Big to me though) whos value has been severely reduced, I really had confidence that this company was solid and the future was going to only improve, it only goes to show that there is no such thing as a certainty as I found out to my cost over many share investments. It really has taken the shine off this bank holiday as reading the posts on here I am not alone, I have the greatest respect for many of the long term holders that regularly post on here and as I said many times before.So pleased Mr Tibbles is back and has my total support to challenge the goings on of the company. Must say getting twitchy that things are not as they should be. Fingers well and truly crossed for a quick recovery for us all!

I think that it will touch �2 before any uplift as this will create a lot of buying and selling which is however how the MMs make their money, fingers crossed for better times ahead!

Share price holding up well first thing,considering ex dividend

Just a thought,I know this is the last day to qualify for the dividend, if I was to order shares today on a defered payment would I still get the dividend even though I have not paid for them until later on in the month,many thanks for any response.

You and Siko and others were the reason I got involved in this share it was more than a blog, we dont all go in for spread sheets charts and the like, reading the blog made me feel comfortable that I was with friends who had a common purpose and kept me a lot more informed than I could ever do, I hope this is only temporary, as it most certainly wont be the same place without you!

Thank you for the reassurance, will hold, not really worth selling at this price, I know patience is not easy in this game, just frustrated with the losses on Aim,all the best with your investments.

I totally agree concerning the Aim market, I have lost thousands on quite a few shares in this and others and can say I have made money on 10% on them so enough is enough and I will also be out (at a loss) when I can, thought it was only me that was sucked in to this cash cow market for others!!!

To be honest I really dont know which way to go, I only have a small amount a couple of thousand (thank goodness) and felt it would be a good punt and that is really what it is, like everyone no one wants to loose money on a trade,which I have made some bad calls lately, but have made the mistake of hanging on to long as well. Hope whatever happens there will be a happy ending for both of us.
