Well I have done that all week topping up thinking it will improve. In a way so pleased it's the weekend to take a breather and relax. Hopefully next week will be better but we are living in uncertain times so anything could happen. Wishing everyone a peaceful time especially those who have the misfortune to be in war torn parts of the world.

What a horrible post that was. All the effort that Bamps has put in! Some people just take and give absolutely nothing.

I wonder how this will effect the gold price in the coming weeks. Normally does well in volatile situations.

It does seem so unfair that a person so considered to give his time freely to improving our understanding of Greatland and showing how they are performing in a sometime a technical manner (which I confess goes largely over my head) but feels good that someone is there watching and reporting especially when official news is in a quiet time. This will be a tremendous loss not only to me but to the blog in general. It is ironic that anyone else selling a few would not bat an eyelid. It just goes to show the high esteem Bamps is held in. Come back Bamps and just do what you do best and keep us well and truly informed. I wish you all well.

I do not believe for a second that Bamps did this to get the price down, all the work he has put in this share is outstanding. It was just that telling he was taking some money out for christmas etc was out of character for him as I am sure this share is as close to his heart, it must be to devote so much time to analysing all the information that comes in, and if anyone deserves to reap a little reward it is him. Bamps I will try for the Sheffield one in April as that is the nearest for me. Intrigued to meet you. I don't know if it just me I have made the fatal mistake of falling in love with this share,in a strange way it has become part of my life I feel I don't want to be parted from it at any price. I know when the time comes I will be at a loss as this has been my interest for many years now. Thank you to all who make this blog what it is. Whilst we are feeling festive I thought I would like to share a story that happened many years ago at my sons nativity play. He was playing one of the 3 wise men, when asked what he had brought for baby Jesus he said rather loudly Frankenstien! The room took a long time to settle down after. I really am at a loss why the markets have reacted so badly to the latest news. I could understand it we were in debt and calling on loans ( Which are already set up if needed ) . Or is it that things are going very smoothly and feel that there will be problems later that we are too inexperienced to sort out. We happen to have a board that are certainly no amateurs and I am sure will rise up to any challenges ahead for the benefit of us all. Topped up again today. I wish you all well.
