May I wish all a very Merry Christmas and hopefully a prosperus new year, hope Mr Tibbles is ok I miss his input. There are many different views on here which make this blog one of the best. Lets hope for a peaceful new year, best wishes to all.
It seems that once we get a bit of forward momentum as in the last few days something comes along and stops it I presume it is the gold price this time, so frustrating at the moment like were in a huge long horse race and we are stuck in the middle trying to get ahead as soon as we start to move up we clip a fence and back we go! Cant wait for the last furlong where they wont see us for dust and we will all be in the winners paddock toasting are patience for keeping the faith. Good luck to us all.
Sometimes you dont have to look how the share price is going, just read the blogs, people getting very irritated that we are invested in a share that is in limbo at the moment and has been what seems a lifetime! Come back Tibbs the blog is needing your input more than ever. Hope your well my friend.
Well we definately need something to lighten the mood, we are seeing our investment disappearing most days and even the long term holders must be concerned with the continual dropping of the SP. The problem is I really dont know what Shaun can do about this as I find his updates full of promise but for some reason the SP is not reflecting this, after all the brilliant news that is fed to us you would think there would be a queue of buyers with the SP climbing rapidly but this is not the case, whether it is manipulation or investors not buying into the Greatland story is something I cannot get my head around! Fingers are well and truly crossed for a huge turn around very soon as the danger will be nobody buying as it will be cheaper the next day. Anyway as that famous line goes tomorrow is another day and we are certainly due a blue day. I wish everyone well.
Well we certainly need something to cheer us up. I really thought we were going into a optimistic spell with a lot of the regulars coming back, never has patience needed at the moment. I agree that we have no choice but to follow the boards recommendations, it is a question of trust that they are working for us as well, only time will tell. G. L. A.
Forgive my ignorance on this but if was a after hours purchase would it have effected the sp for that day, I topped up at the death with the 10000 purchase which did register as a buy for once, the sp fell about 5 mins from the end session. G.L.A
Thanks Bamps for your continual posts, it would be nice if the ex regulars would also give their opinion on how they see things at the moment. I am sure they are hurting at the moment. The days of getting satelite updates on a regular bases seem long gone, and has been pointed out the board is sadly not what it used to be. I just wish that the back biting stops, it is so easy to be critical and opinionated when times are bad, lets hope we will soon hit another strike to bring back the positives. G.L.A.
Bought a few more this morning, what confuses me a little is, the placing was over subscribed and here we are at the placing price, why is it that these are not being snapped up now as there were many who could not get all their allocation through the original placing. G.L.A.
I do understand the doom and gloom, I feel exactly the same Its like be tied to a post and being whipped every day whilst the person doing the whipping saying you must buy more shares and every one around saying tomorrow will be better. After all this I wont buy anymore, I have done more than my fair bit for weeks! I will wait for the long awaited turn around before spending another penny!!! Not selling either just have everything crossed that there really is gold at the end of the rainbow! I wish us all well I think were going to need it.
Very well put Panama, most by now will be feeling the pain, even I as a relative long term holder I am well underwater after numerous top ups. I do believe though , that having confidence in Shaun, that a snippet of positive funding information would not go amiss, anything to settle the nerves would be good for us all. G.L.A.
Well Sotolo, you have always come across as a clever minded individual in which I have enjoyed reading your posts. It always hurts when confidence in the future doe not turn out as expected.I have also lost many thousands by not getting out when I should, but unfortunately none of us are blessed with hindsight. I really hope for you and the rest of us long term holders that we do get our reward, after all I really do think we deserve it for our patience alone. Keep well and dont beat yourself too much, its being human! Great words from Tibbs and others. G.L.A.
Well Sharky, I must admit I have done that many times but must admit I held off this time incase it was another false dawn,it is so easy to think this is the one that is going to kick start the inevitable rise. I am sure it will come but when no one really knows, all the best.
Many thanks Chipstacker for your reply which is most appreciated, so really if I understand correctly I can leave my shares in my nominated account as normal. Thank you very much again, Tom.
Hi not really sure about this, can anyone out there give any advice whether to convert to paper certificate or not. Thank you.
