George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Let's not spread disinformation. That 6bn is per the allocated shares at 0.1p. it's a legal definition in the prospectus, not the reality.
451k. The number I hold continues to rise, but the value likes to stagnate haha. We'll get there
Nope, it's not ours. CBR is our own platform, not even patented yet. No collaboration with anyone on COVID currently.
I agree it's been poorly received by those peering in and having a sniff around Hemo. But you have to ask yourself, do Hemo ever have to have another raise? No. Can this loan be bought back at a 14% premium within 3 years of execution? Yes. Is Vlad spending the money on hookers and lines? No. Has Vlad put his projection of the company on a plate vs potential £60m investment? Yes, and it's this that people should be excited by. Hemo aren't scraping the barrel for money anymore. When you don't have to sing for your supper, you can focus on the stuff that matters. The science is there, the leadership is there, the money is there, the potential is here. GLA
Vlad doesn't entertain stockmarket bulls**t. He updates us when something happens. People were given a brisk slap in the face this morning with something called "value". They decided to sell. You can't argue with stupid.
We now essentially have two pipeline products imminently heading to Clinical Trials. No SP predictions from me right now. But the timer has officially started. Vlad has outlined timeframess and terms and been explicit about the situation. Very very positive . Gla
Would be interested to know if the company you invested in CS, did the CEO and their spouse own 25%+ of the allocated shares?
That was a v good Q&A from Vlad today, v happy with the meeting and the passing of the resolutions! Clinical trials here we come!
We can't afford to be waiting on Lilly offer for CDX. Need CLN£12m now to crack on with our pipeline. We can pay it back at 14% premium when our milestones come in from Lilly in future. It's worth 14% to start now and become a clinical stage biotech. Let's not be afraid of the CLN's. It's a facilitator
10p sounds good. Not holding my breath for any Lilly update. It'll come when you least expect it :)
Deadline for works to conclude. Doubt there needs to be an announcement on it. Deal likely to come later
Happy to be wrong there, looks even better than I thought it did!
On the circular, it was made clear that £5.5m is required to get CDX through IND application and approval. If, as we suspect, Lilly make an offer for CDX, their offer will be conditional on us having done this IND application and approval under our own steam. No money will exchange hands from Lilly to us until this is completed. Even if Lilly offered us £20m up-front, we would still need to find £5.5m from somewhere else to pay for this IND progress. The Mint arrangement is a fantastic solution to this problem. Allows us to go full steam ahead with CAR-T and ensure we have enough cash for CDX IND work to allow Lilly to take it H1 2021.
Do you hear that rumbling?
It's Mum turning in her grave. Don't upset her like that Rodders, stick hold of them!
Equivalent bid of 8.2 GBX
Only BPC could announce a long awaited spud and have a red day. Unbelievable
NT to buy £1k worth also. Nicely fabricated by the algo's today
Read about 5cm lower on your screen on that exact same page and you'll get the number that Chad and Tuan are talking about
Your name suits you pal
