As it should be.
Shukan, is that you?
Can't argue with that haha - got to entertain yourself in the meantime!
* @ or just below, apologies
and also to see that MM's are gagging for shares. If they'd take 1M shares at/above the bid then it shows you just how fake their suppression of the SP is
I pulled together enough of it to get the gist aha
Predictive text gave up and handed Jesus the wheel there. That post was a total car crash
Please read anything I've posted today, SMTM. Am I filtered by most? xD
He's not loaded anything. He doesn't own those shares. He owns the rights to buy them at that price between now and Aug 2025. He likely won't have to pay anything for these options. If Eli buy us out in the years to come, they'll buy the rights to them off him at execution price - likely in the £'s.
Quick reminder of their mindset. Note, they mention earlier stage opportunities, not just Phase 3 drugs:

I understand the sentiment of your opinion here, but what's the basis? None of us have seen this before (from collective posts below). Are you suggesting that this revision has only come to people's minds because the Board now know some more details that they haven't let us in on yet? "Better to make Vlad's options look less attractive in light of what we know now"?
Just intrigued :)
eh? News of what? Eli COVID? We know we're not working with them on that.
333,334 here. Just had to be over the 1/3rd of a mill threshold lol
Hi Faz
As long as you don't take your funds out of your ISA into a bank account for example, then it's protected in the bubble. Say you invested £20k in HEMO at 5p and price now at 10p you've made £20k. ISA is now worth £40k. You can sell your whole holding and have £40k in your "holding area" of your ISA ready to invest in anything else. If you move any of your £40k funds out of your ISA, it will be locked out until April when you have a new £20k top up allowance. Hope this helps
Too much has been announced since we were last at 7p to go back. Eli name drop, PennU CAR-T deal struck, Eli started with us on lupus etc. How on earth could this go back to 7p with all that progress? Mad if you ask me. I really hope when Vlad drops the mic after Eli licensing is announced (I personally assume this to be a certainty, you can make your own mind up) that this flitting around of the share price ceases. Stops being sentiment then and starts being cold hard cash. Start sitting at a higher level and holds. Represents too much value to drop.
very useful to distribute that confusing narrative across the board...
You have to realise how ******ed it is to suggest Vlad is selling... please tell me this is some satirical dog5hit3 you've come up with and not an opinion
No extension announcement = no extension. Lab work done. Now 3 months of Eli making their minds up / drafting the contract. 2nd Dec next deadline for CDX news.
Arthur. You're welcome to your opinion and you're of course welcome to share it with us here. However, you are potentially the most fickle poster I have seen on this board.
I would like to draw everyone's attention to his post on this board dated 28th Aug 2020 at 11:45 which read, and I quote, "Just about to go back over 14p... that was a real lesson for the less experienced this morning."
If you could kindly point me to anything that has changed since your post at that time that, with substance, has led to your selling out today (other than baseless sentiment and the share price) - I'd really appreciate it.
Other than that, kindly pack your bags and f*** off you deramping t w @
It shows there's no extension and the Eli lab work is complete. We will get an RNS on receipt of the deal or rejection by Eli before 2nd December.
This is a change of tune from me, I'll admit, but as much as I'd love a confirmation from Vlad about this, I doubt there will be before it has a decisive share price impact
