Rachel`s latest statement shouldn`t affect Ithaca as they are not involved in International oil trading that I`m aware. Apart from the sentiment factor the only other reason for the recent drop could be the Rosebank situation where Miliband is withholding his consent. Our partner in this developement is Equinor the Norwegian State oil Company .We get a lot of our oil and gas from Norway.I dont think they will take kindly to being refused consent to drill having spent billions on this project.

I too have bought into Jan this week. I`m also in GGP and OMI where this has been mentioned a few times making me inquisitive .I like the fact that the main exploration projects will be open cast operations to provide early production if commercial. I`m too old to wait 7 yrs and mass dilution even if you are able to get finance . The Directors are backing the Company with their own resources which gives me added c onfidence. Looking forward to the next set of drilling reports.

I would expect them to look into all possibilities especially if they think there are more Pepas like deposits within close proximity.

The broker notes I read estimated the MRE at 225k-250k ounces ,not that far adrift. You will always get individuals coming up with exaggerated estimates who are clueless . The whole reason to get an MRE quickly on a small defined area was to show a lot of future drilling can be paid for by Pepas .This has been largely achieved based on what we know so far.

The Argentina prospect will require a Joint venture partner as it covers such a large area .Hopefully the drilling results will show enough potential to attract someone like Newmont who I understand has been advising us.

No one can forecast accurately the price of gold in 3 years time you can only work on current indications.

I too am invested in both GGP and OMI but rarely post here as I feel there are so many knowledgeable posters here that I can`t contribute anything new. I used to respect Element a prolific poster here until he suddenly started commenting on the OMI board which showed he had done very little research before talking it down .Genuine posters don`t behave as he has.

The purpose of getting an early MRE for a defined area was to provide income for other projects and avoid dilution if possible. The MRE will increase over time as more drilling is carried out. I`m not concerned whether this initial result is 200,000 ounces or 300,000 it will still serve it`s intention. Pepas will undoubtedly be greater in time. Today`s downturn is crazy ,as many are looking very short term and not the purpose of the early MRE.

I agree with Fulmar .They stopped drilling Pepas in order to produce an MRE which will produce revenue to fund other Assets .It`s going exactly to plan. The MRE may be less than Brad would have liked but it still serves it`s purpose, avoiding dilution.

You can`blame Brad if the report is taking longer than expected. What`s the hurry ,we know it`s imminent ?

I`m going to wait for a Trading update before I go back in. Admiral has fallen much further than Aviva.

The NAV inc Income at 22/1 was 1010 p.but gold has increased again since then and as they have approx 39% in gold assets they will continue to go up in value in line with gold to a large extent. The discount has closed as you would expect but i have known this to go to a premium with regards to NAV on occasions.

We are tiny compared to GGP ,Our Market Capital is around 3% of GGP`s , so they would have a much larger impact on the index when joining than we would.

Pepas MRE is due any time now . Today`s rise could be in connection to this.

It will be interesting to see how the market opens in Canada.

Just bought a few more at 26.19p . I`m in this for the Colombian projects .I`ve never seen such high grades in any of my current or past investments in this sector . Individually the sites are fairly small but combined could make up into a sizeable sum in future MRE`s.

I`m treating any success in Argentina a bonus .At least Brad has found the area being drilled is mineralised and hopefully silver grades high enough to make it interesting.

I can remember the broker note you refer to and thinking at the time it was being very conservative. It`s better using the lower figures quoted and getting a positive reception than feeling let down on an over optimistic forecast. If we continue to get todays grades eventually it has to be reflected in the share price. Mining costs based on open cast operation are so much lower and doable without the need of a partner I would have thought. Brad also mentioned I believe being classified as a small operation reduces the Regulations and time factor in getting ore out of the ground.

I hope so I`ve still got half left. I added to my GGP holding with the proceeds . They discovered Havieron with their first drill so lets hope we get a repeat in El Pan.

It`s lack of news which has caused me to sell 3 lots today to give me a free ride on the balance.

I agree with Nap in that visible silver in the cores should indicate a high count. We own a very large area here and if silver continues to be present this could be massive.

Our Colombia MTR will be with us by the end of the month which will support the current price and more in my opinion. And as Brad says there are other drilling area in close proximity which will be added at a later date.
