Thanks for your honesty. In my opinion, the company should have stream-lined itself more when it had to be bailed out by Microlise. Is this too little too late, I hope not. £2.5 million of annual employee cost savings implies a lot more than 30+ staff (but could be wrong). One thing for sure, large redundancy numbers are going to make it a horrible environment to work in until the dust has settled.
As for the board, I think we all share a similar opinion to you but accept they did steer the ship through the covid times. That said, they did say they would meet this years forecast, and if that is true then this, and the new cost savings, are going to turn this company around. If they are wrong, then the ship deserves to sink.
