Alligator….sounds like you have no confidence in the board so presumably you are not invested. However if you are, unlikely, then you must be a fool to yourself investing in something you have no confidence in.

Unnd, I have no idea what you are talking about for example quote “The shares issued for Bond payments will reduce as the share price increases”. How? Bonds are converting at 6.5p per share so even if sp is 50p bond conversion is 6.5. Also there are 141 bonds outstanding as per rna so have no idea where your figure comes from. Perhaps you could enlighten us with a definition for each figure evidenced.

Johnny….I have been observing your constant trolling of this share, for which I am not invested, and do not understand what your purpose is here. I understand you are disappointed because prem has not turned out as you would have like but prem and Kod have nothing in common with each other apart from lithium. Did you sell Kod too early and are now disgruntled or are you just a keyboard warrior with nothing better to do?

Shares to be issued in July so bh shorting so can buy back with new shares and offset the higher price of the conversion

Let’s be absolutely clear the bonds are converted at 6.5p. That is a fact as per the RNA.

Anavio had 138 bonds in new year and there are now 141 in Total left. So all the small bh have, as near as damn it converted. Every bond converted is at 6.5 and only the interest is vwap and that is mostly converted to date. So less debt, share issues at 6.5……all good to me

Oh and we own more of the company now and our debt is decreasing

So we have got shares onto market at 6.5p when they could have been bought on open market for 2.2p. Looks like a good deal to me.

Great news…..bonds converted at 6.5p. This is a very strong positive and if anyone has not taken bonds in consideration then they should not be investing.
