Tiburn…. My reading of that is although the resolution may be passed for the option to consolidate, any actual consolidation needs a positive vote by the shareholders. Perhaps I am wrong and happy to be corrected

The deramper are just trying to make you part with your investment. There is no consolidation but an option consolidate at sone point in the future. If consolidate now at 10:1 the number of shares would be 40m approx so 100:1 is 4m and 1000:1 is 400k. This is not possible as oil company has such few shares. If 1b shares (ie all bonds converted plus everything else approved) then shares in issue is approx 1m shares. Not feasible….let’s get real about this. Perhaps 100:1when full takeover and everything converted….not before (10m approx). By then we will not care and there will not be another placing for at least 18 months if ever

Pan…..it seems clear regarding Anavio but regarding the owners of the others there must not be a rule where the owner, irrespective of how many, does not have to declare once a limit is passed. We are the owners so should have transparency lol.

In my view they have not converted any hence they do not hold any common shares at that point in time but retain all the original bonds that gave now been transfer to 2027/2028

So 165 bonds in total remaining of which Anavio have 138 as per yahoo finance. So 27 to other bond holders of which there are 13 bond holders excluding Anavio. So on average 2 each (but there may be only 8 if they all hold both years). So 20% approx held by non Anavio. Will they convert or wait for the real rewards

Add the 600+ that is held in just waiting for the upgrade and you can see vastly different bopd in the next few months……incrementally. Gradual addition to pipeline lines probably means those sealed in are first in the queue. Happy days are neatly upon us.

That should not stop normal operational updates as the nda has nothing to do with current production levels. Problem is we see it on Seda but market does not recognise because not announced through RNA. This is one of our fundamental problems with AM. He only makes RNA when he has to be regulation, ie SEDA
